The hotel is sleek, modern with many amenities. Service is great but not intrusive. The restaurant is wonderful with an amazing breakfast. I still miss my capuccino with a Kouign Amann every morning.
The hotel location is also superb in Puerto Madero. We had a wonderful time and will be back next time we are in BA

Wonderful stay in this modern hotel. Exceptional staff and service. Great location with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant and the breakfast pastries were amazing. Definitely would strongly recommend

Avoid if you want to sleep.
Whilst the service and location was good, there is a fundamental problem with this hotel - there is absolutely no sound insulation between rooms. You can hear every conversation, the TV, and indeed every single noise from next door, and even the rooms opposite. Myself and another colleague in another room had to move, even the corner rooms are noisy (just from one side, the corridor and opposite).

Excelente hotel, the room was amazing, you feel a great experience. My room had a small balcony, really nice to have some wine before finishing your day! Breakfast was delirious, very chic and the service was great! I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Beautiful establishment. I would definitely stay here again. The food was great, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, the staff went above and beyond. Everything you could dream of in a visit.

The hotel itself is stunning, the cleanliness, impeccable, the area is a combination of historical buildings in one side and super modern on the other, it’s safe, there are many unbelievable restaurants nearby and the food is to die for, but the best part about the hotel is the service and the staff. They go above and beyond to please. There were little many little things they did that made it special. It happened to be my birthday during my stay and they called up to my room and asked if they could send a gift, then showed up with a beautiful cake and champagne! What hotel does that! Just amazing!

The entire experience was amazing!!! Fabian, the GM, made sure everything we needed was handled right away. The service from all the staff especially Damien in from front desk was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to every person I know who wants to visit Buenos Aires. I could not have imagined a better stay. I promise you, if you stay here, you won’t regret it.

Some staff do their best effort. Others like at our checkout with a Venezuelan and Brazilian guys they made a living hell out of the place. Stay was nice but we left with a terrible last memory of this property. Btw prices are more expensive than NY or LA. Not worth it.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is young, vibrant and eager to please the guests. The food was outstanding. The morning breakfast , which was included, was delicious. If we go back to Buenos Aires, we will be staying there again. Just loved the staff and my experience there.

A very well put together new property with excellent customers service - the only negative was in seeing the shimmering pool and looking forward to a swim only to find a smaller pool in the shade with freezing cold water, not enticing at all. All staff encountered were lovely and made the stay special - the room was meticulously clean and the location was great. Menu could have been a bit more exciting for dinner but the tenderloin was out of this world - For those not in the know Argentina has the best steaks in the world hands down and SLS restaurant helped live up to that. Prices in the restaurant are very fair as well. Good location for lots of restaurant choices and the nice harbour boulevard walkway. Would choose to stay again on a repeat trip.

I was in BA for business and decided to extend of 4 days to discover the city and relax. I enjoyed the hotel, high standing overall , great staff.
The rooms are great and have everything needed, the isolation could be a bit better so if you're a light sleeper it may not be for you.
I enjoyed the pool and spa with massage. The breakfast was great but could add a few options.
I would definitely stay there again, location is perfect.

Puerto Madero is an excellent area to stay in. SLS is a wonderful hotel, will be our home away from home when in Bueno Aires.
Pierre the owner introduced himselt and was the consumate host. I recommend this hotel highly, you will not be disappointed.

Superb!! I was quite earlier before my checkin time and the staff allowed me to use the spa to take a shower and change my clothes. Súper attentive and caring staff! Rooms are spacious! Very recommended!

Someone stolen money from me inside to the hotel room. $700 and the manager never helps to resolve the issue.
