Nice and clean and a family environment.

This hotel could be great if upkept better. First they accidentally put me in a room that wasnt cleaned, bedding was on the floor and trash was piled up in the kitchen so i had to call down to the front tell them.... they had myself and my luggage come down 4 floors back to the front only to go right back up and put me in the room next door to it. Breakfast once again could be great but its not upkept much... packaged food like jimmy dean sandwiches in the warm tables, and the sausage looked like it was steam cooked. Not browned at all. Last but not least i stayed there 3 nights after the first night i asked the feont desk if we got house keeping she said no, not unless you request it they usually only clean between stays, well while I was at my work event someone went into the room anyways did bring new towels which was nice but left a note stating they couldnt make the beds because i had a few clothing items on it. No hot tub. Pool area didnt have towels we had to ask for some and there was wads of hair floating in the pool so we did not swim but a few seconds.

The property was convenient and the service was excellent. We had the opportunity to meet Sara the front desk representative. We had issues with our booking through Expedia but Sara handled it like a pro. She was very polite, courteous and easy to work with. Overall all the staff we encountered were awesome! The room was excellent although the curtains had a coffee stain on them and the water was cold. I figured out the vanity and tub faucets must be turned on at together and the water heats up fast! I will definitely stay again!

Great pool and super clean rooms

Room was very Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient but ice maker in freezer did not work. Ice was available just down the hall so not really an issue. Open floor plan of studio was nice. Large TV swiveled easily so you could watch from bed or the sofa. I would return again.

Hotel was nice, amenities were awful. Pool is advertised as heated yet was freezing and did not have towels at any point during our stay. One night there were so many people there without any employee checking to regulate that my daughter got ran into and squished into a wall. Laundry room takes money but machines broken. Breakfast was a whole nother issue. Went down at 8 a.m. and most food was already gone with no one working to refill anything. Do not advertise breakfast if there won't be anything available at a reasonable breakfast time.

We booked this hotel in desperation after abandoning our original hotel due to serious issues. They graciously allowed us to check in at noon, and the room was marvelous. A 2-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. Everything was incredibly clean, well-kept and well-stocked. Breakfast the next day was good, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. This was easily the best hotel we stayed at on our 5-night road trip.

Beautiful hotel. Great room with couch, stove, and fridge! The only complaint I have is the bed was hard and def wore. Needed new mattress.

We were there for business and it was dog friendly, but a lot of trash in the grassy areas outside and in the corridors leading outside. The same spills and trash were there the whole 4 days that we stayed. Poop was on the sidewalks towards the back of the hotel.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Large comfortable room. If you are OCD don’t look at your room number. They are ALL crooked.

Front desk staff (and housekeeping) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our three year old is visually impaired and has some other health problems, and the staff simply made sure we had all we needed to take care of him and have a worry-free stay

I was in town for a Boat Show and had numerous deliveries made to the hotel and the front desk made sure that I was notified when something arrived and kept everything stored until I got it. Excellent staff…

We were exhausted after a long car ride. The Residence Inn was quiet, clean and comfortable. Second time we stayed here and will do it again.

Worst customer service ever ! The girl running the front desk was absolutely horrific! Had a freiend there hanging out with her the whole shift ! Playing on her phone , went Mia for about 30-40 mins . Asked for towels because the pool was out and she huffed and rolled her eyes! Just overall garbage!

Mimi at checkin was awesome and worked hard to keep our group together in the same part of the hotel, rooms were modern and clean and the night audit team was very accommodating

They made me pay an extra charge at the property and they double charged me.

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean, new looking and very comfortable. The front desk folks and breakfast was all fantastic also. I had a small problem with check-in but that was more due to a problem with Hotels.com/Expedia on the booking side of the room.

On initial arrival, there was a wait because the computer systems were down. Many people had room keys not working, had to be escorted to room, to any on site amenity that required access with your key card. Dissatisfied customers waiting 2 hours to get in room. The main reason for choosing this spot was for indoor pool. The pool was not open, but was told, "we have free breakfast." There was a woman who worked over very polite, however not approriate to have her man in and out of hotel while we were trying to be waited on asking "When u get off" . The rooms lights did not all work, very inconvenient to get ready in morning. My friend is a smoker and as we exited the housekeeper reported that we were smoking in the room and ashes were on windowsill. However when we entered room there were crumbs and bugs all over window and on carpet. Card was charged additional $250 on top of the $197.00 that in itself was extremely overpriced for the not having pool access, non working lights and to be charged simply because you believe someones a smoker they smoked in room. When in reality, they lost money due to a downed computer system, unhappy customers and staff that have significant others hanging out while paying customers are trying to be waited on. DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR CHOICE!

No parking at all… ran out of breakfast. Property was sold out so when I checked in my room was unavailable
