The staff was personable and helpful from Jazz at reception; Ariella, Juan, and Emmanuel in dining; Henry with evening entertainment. All staff were so hardworking. They really made the stay special. The property is beautiful. Only downside is having to take a taxi everywhere and the long walk down to the pool, dining and beaches. The wifi is also a little spotty in the rooms.

Some people wanted to charge me more money than the orginal price for the All inclusive service for example the price to get the All inclusive service was around 1100 MX and the personal in the lobby that attended me, said 2000 MX, with the extra person service was the same they tried to charge me more money, but in this case, a young guy in the night shift in the lobby, gave me the right price, 320 MX per night. I just didn't like this, it's to expensive for the poor Service and room conditions. Great job from Pedro the waiter five stars for him.

The hotel could be great if they improved maintenance of the facilities including pool and beach area.

Besides the property is almost new and the service is very good, the employees are way too kind there is a need to improve restaurant services, variety and peices. There is no way to charge $150 MXP for an order of french fries while a Club a sandwich costs the same. No relationship. No logic. For breakfast there is no option rather than to take the buffet. Sometimes you don't want to take it since you just want to have a coffee and toast. Some other details such as lights (too white during the night at the restaurant). Need to build a better experience. Again, the property is amazing, the beach and the pool side are very cool and functional. The service and the employees are great. Need to pay attention to details in terms of the experience, the food is very limited and the prices doesn't make sense. Will recommend it and definitely will come back with my kids. Thanks

Location beautiful! Learned i need to increase my Spanish but it would help if menus for example had an English option. Little help with getting to know available tourist attractions and how to access. Helpful staff but again language an issue.

The resort was super clean & the staff were SO friendly. The beaches were beautiful & secluded & that was our favourite part. But unfortunately there was no ambiance & zero entertainment. The only restaurant was a decent walk away & hiking back up that enormous hill was exhausting (but they will call a shuttle for u if ask them to). The menu was a bit lacklustre though & we took a taxi downtown 9/10 nights (about a 10 min drive). While there was some construction going on next door, the noise was minimal & it didn’t affect our visit.

This hotel has a beautiful beach view for an affordable price and great restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at Coral Blue. The staff were so nice and attentive specially the bartender. The views from our room were incredible and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

My mother is in a wheelchair and the hotel has zero accessibility. There’s no ramps or grab bars. We were told hotel was closed up until 3 months before our stay so the facility was lacking. They are doing construction so super noisy. We found a wood spider in the hallway about 6” wide maybe it was a tarantula I don’t know but the hotel staff took 3 days to get rid of it. We also found a huge scorpion which the staff collected in a glass cup. The day after they showed it to me still in cup. For mine and my moms safety I wouldn’t stay here again. From CA.

Very nice place

The room smelled awful. The AC was dripping water which created a puddle of water on the floor. The toilet was missing the seat. We found mice droppings on the head rest. We had planned on staying for three nights. The only reason we stayed the first night is because we arrived late at night. We left first thing in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful though. This is definitely not a four star resort!

Ocean view was amazing. Very small private beach was usable for swimming, snorkeling and just enjoying the ocean. Mattress was new and comfortable, as were the pillows. Pésima atención del personal, no es nada profesional ni respetuoso el trato con los huéspedes, al contrario hacen comentarios e intentan entablar conversaciones fuera de lugar. La mayoría de las “amenidades” que el hotel ofrece por el costo en general de la estadía no funcionan y no te lo hacen saber hasta la llegada, las quejas y sugerencias no son tomadas en cuenta, son excusadas. Se anuncian como un hotel 5 estrellas en su página web, créanme no lo es, mi pasillo estaba inundado por las goteras, no volvería a hospedarme con este grupo hotelero

Location is spectacular. Love the beautiful grass thatched restaurant. Check in process was extremely slow for the family ahead of me. Elevators were not working when I visited. I arrived by motorcycle so carrying my luggage (staff offered to help) in all my gear up 3 flights of stairs in the heat and humidity was more exercise than I was bargaining for. Restaurant was closed. The nearest restaurant is about 4 kilometres away, so not within walking distance. The restaurant was open for breakfast but so slow that I gave up.
