Close proximity to tourist attractions

Fantastic value for money. If you have a car it is convenient for Fatima, Ourem, Tomar and Batalha, all of which we visited in a day and all well worth a visit. Comfy bed, warm in February, good breakfast, great value evening meal. Reception staff were brilliant. Only gripe, pillows too hard for the wife’s taste but fine for me. For the price we paid, fantastic value.

Very clean and comfortable. Good shower and breakfast. Every detail done simply and with care. Friendly staff, quiet rooms a delightful stay. All areas welcoming including time spent at the bar area

Walls are so thin -one can hear all kind of noises. Inconsistent service. During my three days stay, breakfast was not the same -one time there were no eggs, no bacon -other times just basic...one time it was wonderful with fruit, bacon, eggs and beans, plus other goodies.

Great price, good location. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very nice, especially Valentina at the front. Various restaurants and snack bar/pubs nearby. Room is basic but has everything you need and is clean. Only complaint is there is a nice little balcony, but no chairs. A couple of plastic outdoor chairs would be nice so you could sit outside and enjoy a drink and relax. There was only one tiny stool in our room and two beds with a built in desk/shelf. So one has to sit on the bed and one gets a tiny tiny stool. We realize it is a budget hotel, and we would stay again, but chairs for the balcony would be awesome, and they could also be brought into the room for use.

The staff, especially the front desk employees, were absolutely amazing and helpful. It`s a very nice hotel tucked in the central area and they also had an amazing breakfast buffet. I`m so glad I picked this property to stay at as they made me feel like family, especially Gustavo, Claudia and Joanna.

Booked with condition pay at hotel when arrive but soon after we arrive at reception desk I was told funds has been taken out, not happy because I have my own arrangement with currency conversion and the hotel not even give me an option.

Breakfast is truly amazing, above average for the city (I visit frequently and have been to many of the hotels around). Facilities are renovated with an old style but up to contemporary standards. Excellent for the fall, winter and spring seasons but could use some air conditioners in the rooms for the summer.

Top class, great place to stay value for money, really lovly peope so helpful
