Great stay for our of town family visiting us.

It was very clean and spacious. Free breakfast was pretty good. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Toronto.

Pretty amazing! Clean room, free breakfast which was absolutely delicious! I would suggest bringing ear plugs, it does get pretty loud with the vehicles driving by but otherwise it was amazing!

Great experience. Hotel was extremely clean and Michelle, who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming! The free breakfast was a nice added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, fairly new hotel. They allowed us to check in 2 hours before we were scheduled to. Very clean and spacious. My only complaint was that a gift had been delivered during the afternoon but they didn't bring it up to the room until that evening. We also had to request a refill on body wash and hand soap because when we arrived, both of those things were out and the cleaning staff hadn't noticed. After we requested refills, they delivered quite quickly. Would stay here again.

Overall a good stay but there wasn’t much sound proofing and I could hear everything in the room above us.

This hotel was great, clean, modern, comfortable bed, staff professional and friendly. I also appreciated the 24/7 free coffee and tea. Breakfast was pretty good too. Excellent stay.

During our first night, a couple in the room next door had a violent argument, and we couldn't sleep due to the noise and banging against the wall, which made the TV shake to the point we thought it would crack and fall. I called the reception, and a staff member went to check the situation. Instead of speaking to the people involved, she decided to speak to us first, which compromised our anonymity. After that, she spoke to the people involved (who yelled at her). Back at the front desk, she called our room and told us, "She said she was talking to someone on the phone. Let me know if they continue making noise." Once again, any hope of remaining anonymous was compromised by the loud phone ringing, which they could certainly hear through the walls. Our family was scared, and my daughter started crying, frightened by the screaming. Even though we didn’t see the people involved, our sense of security was compromised for the rest of our stay. We even checked through the door viewer before leaving to avoid any contact. Now, more than a week after returning home, my daughter keeps asking if the people will start screaming again at night. We understand hotel employees can’t control guest behavior, but my complaint is how the situation was handled. The staff should be better trained to ensure safety and anonymity. I feel we should have been relocated to another room. At the checkout I talked about the situation and a staff member told us "we're really sorry but welcome to Toronto"

I was unhappy with our stay. First off our first room was dirty, there was hair in the shower looked like it was not cleaned from the previous persons stay. Also the was long hairs on the floor all around the room. Second was you could hear the room next to ours. The rooms weren't that sound proof. Will never stay at a Avid Hotel again.

Great stay. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Free parking was a plus. Breakfast was okay. Would stay again.

The receptionist when we checked-in was amazing. He had a quiet voice, was polite, respectful and was very hospitable. I give him 10/10 for his exceptional service. Thank you Avid for having him in your company. We had the same wonderful experience when we checked-out. The lady in the reception was professional and helpful.

Great hotel with nice clean rooms, was very convenient to have the breakfast included in the morning especially when travelling with kids but being that it’s located in a industrial area it’s pretty noisy and there’s a lot of big trucks passing and u hear all the outside noise from the room

It was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and the room was nice. I did not like how far it was from restaurants, wonderland and Vaughan Mills. Also, the breakfast area was very busy, small and the staff was not replacing the food quickly.

This is a great place to stay. It’s a new hotel and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the hotel manager Michelle is awesome! And also Chelson at the front Desk is great. I definitely will stay here again very reasonable.

I had a nice stay overall but would have loved it more if the staff that checked me in had reviewed my reservation and noted that I requested an early check in. Also, the complimentary breakfast can be earlier especially for early morning checkout/airport run

Very clean hotel/room and staff were all very friendly

There were no microwaves in the guest rooms, only 1 in the hotel lobby. No frills AT ALL, a very minimalist hotel. Not even movie channnels. Its definitely just there for sleep. Traffic noise could be heard CLEARLY from the 5th floor and the locals seem to use the street parallel to this hotel to qualify for Nascar All Night.
