The room was very clean and comfortable and the place was in a great location. Our only complaint was construction noise from early in the morning which I assume is temporary and should not stop someone from staying there. It was very hot in Athens and the air conditioning worked great to cool us down. Mattress was comfortable.

What a great place to stay. Everything is closeby. It’s safe. Needed 3 doors to get inside our safe so we all felt safe leaving iur belongings

The rooms are remodeled and very nicely laid out with everything you need. The building is situated in a bustling area with restaurants and shops right outside the door. One elevator was broken but other worked well.

This property looks just like it does in the photos and is very clean. I appreciated all of the little things that the owner left for us (which many people forget to bring on vacation) like wet wipes, q-tips, cotton swabs, etc. The owner also left tea, coffee, cooking oil etc. And there is AC which is very nice especially since it was 40 degrees outside. The view is nice as well as you look down onto the streets where the nightlife is. The building itself where the apartments are is a little gross especially when you walk up the staircases. BUT don’t let that discourage you… the apartments are beautiful! And there is lots of security steps to get through before you get to your apartment so it’s very safe. I highly recommend!

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable and kitchen facilities very good. We appreciated the welcome box with some snacks. Cleaning staff were friendly and checked the room every day. The key pad to get into the apartment was very temperamental and difficult to work out how to use in the first instance. We had to help two other people get into their rooms during our stay. Unfortunately there was also a lot of work going on around the apartment so there was drilling noise waking us on a number of days at 7am. There was also drilling noise throughout the day. Such a shame as, apart from these two niggles it would have been an excellent stay.

Really central location, apartment was beautiful, clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Air con was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook with.

Close to the several metros Negative: WiFi very week and unreliable Electronic door locks are temperamental There is no available washer for your use.Do it yourself laundry is not available but on site laundry service is available for a fee.

I am not sure of previous bad review but i found this place quite satisfying. It was clean and quiet, had everything one would need including a full kitchen which i would never use. I had no problem with communication. The few questions i had were answered immediately by the owner. My only issue was getting into my room and putting in the code. One step was omitted which should now be rectified. There were plenty or restaurants closeby and easy walking to Monasteraki and the Plaka. I was very happy with it. My only concern is what happens in case of emergency as the owner was stuck in Israel.

Wonderful room in a fantastic central location,but if arriving by car, there is no parking or standing area for blocks. This is an issue if you have a lot of luggage or bags. Also you MUST have internet access a day or two before arrival to receive the complex entry info. There is no one on site, so you must follow a series of codes to access door key, floor security door, and room door. Once done it was perfect, but the drop off issue was stressful. Not an issue if arriving by cab or mass transit. Room was quiet despite being in the middle of all nightlife and attractions!

Your place was beautiful, I didn’t have the numbers to get into your place to stay in my apartment and your girl to work for you did the upmost for us that meant for us everything so I always will look for you, but I will. I need some somewhere stay..🍀🍀🌈🌈🌈🌈

I had no email telling me how to get in the building. No desk for check in! Our taxi driver had to communicate with Despina, who was absolutely terrible! I’m surprised Hotels.com would list such a place. It was not in a good area for someone not familiar with the area. I would never recommend. Completely disappointed with Hotels.com for listing this place!

The room itself was nice, had everything we needed. The process to get into the room was frustrating and difficult. Communication was difficult. Location wasn't the greatest.

Great place overall!! It would be excellent if the towels weren’t so rough.

The property was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was with access to our room on more than one occasion we had trouble unlocking the door / issue with our door combination. Host had to reissue a new combo # (via email message) and old was was still functioning/ new code didn’t quick in right away….it was a little confusing and frustrating not having a person to deal with LIVE but it all worked out. Thank you for your lovely place and housekeeper was very kind and helpful. Peter S. June-July 2023

New accomodation in an excellent location

We were so happy to arrive to our hotel after 10 days of sailing. The shower and bed was magical :)

Great location, very close to the centre of town, whilst still being on a quiet street, so not to disturbing.
