The location was great We had a check out time if 11:00 however house keeping entered our room at 9:00 so we vacated at 9:30. I found this upsetting we were still in bed !

Pretty disappointed in this hotel….very costly with no customer service (tried numerous times to call front desk/guest services - no answer) - had 3 people checked in and only got enough towels, etc. for 2 people - had to beg for extra stuff on several instances. Do not recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay and loved the ability to use the facilities (pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room and cold plunge). Nadine at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2nights after our cruise so we can check out Seattle. We were amazed with all the amenities in the hotel. We got the 2 bedroom suite and the place was huge, it had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Close to an Asian grocery/food store and a short Uber ride to the downtown attractions. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub/cold plunge and steam/sauna. We were also able to use the karaoke room. We were already planning on bringing more family/friends back. The hotel accommodations are enough to keep everyone entertained.

Convenient for visiting friends across the street.

The property is relatively new and conveniently located, close to downtown Seattle. The staff are not helpful at all. Right after booking, I had sent them a note via Expedia requesting a disability friendly room. They told me to call the front desk prior to check in. I called 5 times but the phone lines were down, and I could not get a hold of anyone. When I checked in, the room provided had zero room for a normal wheelchair. When I complained, the Marketing lady (Amanda) told me that I was "lucky" because they had a ADA friendly room available. Later, I was told that there is nothing available, and I was offered a smaller, one bedroom which would not have worked. The front desk manager talked to me, and did not seem apologetic at all. I was given the option of the smaller room or nothing. Amanda was nowhere to be seen. We decided to keep the original room given to us and used the couch as a bed. For a week long stay, it was not ideal. Additionally, here are some other things that did not go so well: 1) Dishwasher was broken 2) Room service is once a week, so you are on your own to make your bed, clean the bathroom etc. 3) Hidden resort fees and parking is extra 4) Room service is non-existent. You have to personally go down to the front desk to ask for soap, shampoo, towels etc. I called 4 times to ask for things and they came only once. 5) Property is located on top of a hill. The slope down towards downtown is extremely steep, and not suitable for a wheelchair.

Not very happy with the staff at this hotel, at 10:40 someone was already knocking at the door asking for us to leave when check out is 11 am. At check in we were told we could use the amenities after check out even the pool and that wasn’t true. I requested a late check out and was not allowed and the staff at check out was very rude. Pool area was busy as is shared with other 2 buildings. Would not stay here again for those reasons.

Very safe area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Free parking was a plus. Very friendly workers.

Very busy property, especially amenities on the weekend.

The staff were super helpful and offered an upgrade for my birthday. We loved the room with the amazing views and all of the amenities. I would definitely recommend to others!

Incredible hotel and amenities but horrific mattress. Second stay here prayed it would be different in a better room but the bed is awful I can’t comprehend how they went all out on very thing except that. Was also incredibly irritating to have the maid knock on my door multiple times to see when I was going to checkout when the checkout is 11. One time ok but multiple felt incredibly rude and ruined the hospitality we had previously received. Love this hotel don’t know that I’ll stay again because of how uncomfortable I slept and the unnecessary rushing me out.

The gym and the pool areas were excellent. Very clean multiple bedrooms. Also had laundry and a dishwasher.

This property was amazing!! The rooms were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and loved our balcony. The amenities were amazing!! Loved the pool and gym open 24 hours!!

Nice hotel. Like the fact the kitchen has plates, utensils, etc. will definitely return.

Overall clean high end apt. Great for a 7 night stay. Free parking, close to everything. Definitely no need to overpack clothes with the convenient laundry in unit! No breakfast, but several breakfast options in the area within a 15 minute walk.

Wish the room was taken care off daily like other hotels

Great hotel with lots of amenities. It has mini apartments for rooms with some ynique features including a game room, a theater room, a music rehearsal area and barbecue area. Staff were very friendly.

I didn’t listen to the other nightmare reviews and was so excited to enjoy the rooftop pool, hot tub, large room with kitchenette etc. Don’t bother. This place is highway robbery. For same amount of money, go enjoy the Fairmont or something. Rudest front desk I’ve ever come across. I called ahead and asked for early check in- was told it wouldn’t be a problem. We arrive at 1:45. Was told it’d be another hour. Okay, that’s fine. So we head back at 3pm and ask about our room. The eye rolls, ignorance and exasperation (they told ME to come back in an hour, I wasn’t being pushy) was beyond ridiculous and I wanted to cancel our room then and there but didn’t because we’re still hoping to enjoy the pool. We’re told to come back in another hour. Awesome, thanks for that. Wasted our afternoon trying to check in. Finally get to our room, only to not have working keys. Go back, get new keys. Room is gross. Counters are sticky, hair not cleaned, floors not swept, but bedding looked clean so I desperately tried to clean what I could so we can head to pool. Guess what? Key doesn’t work to the pool. Head back to front desk, “oh you need different keys” Cool, yet another wasted half hour. We finally get to the pool at 5:30. It’s cold. We tried to tough it out but ended up wanting to go back to the room. But only to find our keys do not work for entry to elevator and after we walk around to other entrance the elevator isn’t working AT ALL. Up the stairs we go! RUN FROM THIS PLACE- SO AWFUL

Great price for two bedrooms and a pull out sofa. Stayed there for PAX, and the walk to the convention centre was easy. There was only one bathroom, so it was a little difficult for everyone to coordinate, and the bathroom sink was pretty small. Fantastic amenities, like two pools, a gym, and even a small convenience store.

Hotel needs a Bar hotel this size should have a bar or lounge otherwise amazing gym and pool and great facilities

Property is nice with good amenities. Area around leaves something to be desired - not a lot to do or restaurants. Still, would have given 5 stars if not for the brutal check-in. The slowest check-in I've ever experienced which created massive lineup. Over 1.5 hour wait.
