The hotel was great, very cool modern chic hotel in the most classic, beautiful city in the world. Beer central! If you love a nice beer head here! Huge selections and delicious beers. Clean boutique style hotel close to everything. We walked everywhere. About 10 min walk from Edinburgh castle. Staff were friendly! Everyone was very nice and helpful! Would def stay again!

Not for older people. Must climb many stairs to get to room and inside room as bed is in a loft. Also they nickel and dime on billing. I.e. charging for refills on coffee and even charging for requesting additional syrup for your pancakes.

This hotel is a cool hotel. Rooms have a fridge for beer in the shower. Rooms also have a guitar and turn table. Excellent location. Close to the Train Station and Royal Mile. Staff was outstanding. Rooms are split level and its a Dog Friendly hotel.

We dropped off our luggage early to enjoy a trip to Edinburgh castle. Upon our return, the staff had moved our luggage to our room and even prepared the pull out couch for our kids. The hotel was quite and we got a nice nights rest on our very busy journey. I would recommended and definitely stay again.

Easy and super friendly check in. Then you are invited to a welcoming drink, and after it, they take you to your room. What a personal and great way to say "Welcome!". The room amenities were great, very contemporary and comfortable.

The design of the rooms and the common areas is outstanding. Very fun. Breakfast included is delicious and there are plenty of choices. Room amenities were excellent except there was no safe and no ironing board. The light switches took a bit of getting used to. The most important thing to note is that you will have to climb many stairs. Count on 3 flights of stairs to the rooms and there are stairs to the loft (if you have a loft room).

The hotel is great for location, and if you'retravellingwith a dog. The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. They also providied a doggu welcome pack, which our dog loved. The satff are helpful and welcoming. Having the bar and restaurant within the building is a great bonus should you just want to have a day of relaxing. Room service and food are great and arrived promptly.

Food was amazing and we loved the fact that breakfast was included and it was delicious. All you can eat wing night was a hit. We loved the space for guests with the free candy. We had a card game night and it was a great spot to hand out. Location was very convenient from Waverly station and great central location for all of the sights.

Wow, just amazing. Great staff too. We stayed in a two storey punk suite, shower beers, beer tap in the living room, vinyl, guitar. So many great touches. Perfect location too, just off the Royal Mile. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights at your hotel, although the free breakfasts were great, the housekeeper chose not to clean our room, only made the bed the 2nd night. They offered laundry services, but after holding our laundry for more than 24 hours, we received it back dirty. Had to wash pants in the bathroom sink. They didn't have any trashcan on the 2nd floor, as well as no sugars or creamers in the room, even though they offered tea and coffee. Overall, we liked our stay, but probably wouldn't stay there again. All the folks at the front counter and restaurant were very nice and helpful.

Perfectly located within walking distance of transport hubs and all of the sights and sounds of Edinburgh. Bar and reception staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had brunch (served until 3pm) included - all food was really delicious. Very spacious work area for hotel guests with unlimited coffee and a 24/7 pick n mix. We stayed in one of the punk suites which had a full kitchen and was a really nice space. Only downside was room cleaning; floors weren't hoovered or mopped during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at BrewDog! We stayed at many hotels throughout our holiday and BrewDog was, by far, the best! Rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was tasty and the beer was great! Having this home away from home after a full day of sight seeing helped make our stay in Edinburgh our favorite stop of our vacation. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to everyone at BrewDog for making us feel at home!

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Being from out of the country you never know what to expect staying in a new place, but the amenities and staff at BrewDog blew us away. I would highly recommend this location to friends, family, and strangers. We’ll definitely be back for another shower beer!

Loved it especially the guitar in the room….breakfast service on the 2nd day was a little shaky at first…first customer and had to track down the server…breakfast was delicious however!

A great location, super friendly staff who can't do enough, and rooms with real personality. The room came with it's own guitar, a record player (albeit previous guests had ruined most of the records in the room, bunch of savages!), 3 mini bar fridges plus a regular fridge. The bed was super comfortable, plus the hotel really encourages you to be eco friendly - lights are on timers, the shower gel, washing liquid, and even the loo roll were from certified B companies, which I loved. Great blinds for the rooms, so you can block out the outside without necessarily blocking out the daylight, or you can drop the blackout blind when it's bedtime. If I had to pick at something: the room didn't really have much control of the temperature (no radiators or air conditioning that you can control), but they do supply a nice Dyson fan that can heat or cool the area by the bed. The windows didn't do a great job of blocking out the sounds that you kinda expect in a city centre location like this. They weren't terrible, but you might need to earplugs!

Staff really friendly, clean, great location. Great beer and good breakfast until 3pm!! Only issues were TV didn’t work in bedroom and rooms are a little warm with no air-con (but it was July). Will stay again.

We loved our one night stay at the Brewhouse! It is a short walk downhill from Waverley Train Station. The food, drinks, and staff were excellent.

I quirky place that has character with great food, atmosphere and staff. Such a pleasant place to stay. Only mild compliant is the dressing gowns are not built for people like me with a bit of middle age spread. Think thats more a me problem though.
