modern style, condition like new, beatiful harbor and ocean view

Room condition was so good. and all of the staffs were kind.

I was very disappointed. When we arrived, no one helped us unload per luggages from our taxi. We requested the front desk during check in to ask the bell desk to help bring our luggages to our room, however the front desk told us to bring it to per room ourselves. I can't believe such a highly rated hotel had such poor services.

Nice place with nearly attraction

Good hotel for family.

The staff were all so kind and helpful. It is right by the marina so water sports were easily accessible. It is out of Naha city itself but close enough to access various locations. It did not have the ultra resort feel where you walk out onto a beach but it worked well for us and the view from our room was great.

Lounge room definitely worth extra with separate, child free pool and all day bar as well as delicious snacks.

very comfortable, but two bed are smaller than others. It maybe can be the same size. And we met a very cute staff member .We will come back next time.

Staffs are very friendly It was raining that day they saw us running for avoiding get wet and ask our need once they saw us. They prepared towel very quickly and concern our health. We have a wonderful time there.

Was disappointed with the room as I paid for ocean view room and my room was in the third floor blocked by a awning which limited our view we couldn’t even see the infinity pool below us and we came all the way from Australia very very disappointing!

The property was beautiful, clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool was lovely. The fitness center was small but i understand people don't usually work out on vacation. The location was great because it was ocean front and not too far from the airport. I would stay here again!

First floor breakfast is great. Delicious food, variety of choices, friendly staff, and coffee takeout by the gate. Indoor spa and pool are amazing! Especially the ice/cold spa! The water could be a little bit warmer. Room is great with nice view. One down side - club lounge staff are not particularly friendly or polite.

We had a splendid time. We chose a room with a library in it. The room had a lot of space and fit well for a family of four.

Facilities really good, such since they are one of the few with heated pools. Yes plural, both in and outdoor. Really good since the weather was “cold” and rainy. Food ok, average,variety good. Opening hours nothing to complain. Good. Service was a bit mixed, I couldn’t get a longer checkout as I was promised on arrival. I was taking a whale tour in the morning, and was afraid I wouldn’t make it back in perfect time. I did however, since it got cancelled, but by then I had already rearranged my plans and checked out 6.30 in the morning, which was a bit of a hassle for me, carrying my luggage everywhere. Hotel didn’t seem to care or we got lost in translation , offered one hour, and said hotel was full, but an all sites there was +10 rooms available ((when I googled on different hotels sites for rooms, on all types, I was on top floor in the club area.) First time I felt something was fishy in my otherwise very pleasant time in touring Japan.
