The staff was friendly and helpful, both at check-in and at check-out. Clean room, comfortable bed. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel while travelling through for business, and we will definitely stay again the next time we are travelling in the area. Good location, safe area, and plenty of places to eat around there also. Would be a good place for a family to stay and feel safe.

Just came in for a quick overnight to get to our next destination, but the property was so clean, fresh and welcoming. Such a nice respite. It was close to everything.

The hotel was very clean and well cared for. The staff were all professional and helpful. Our room was ready on time and had all modern conveniences (many places to charge phones, computers, etc.). We will definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Wichita Falls.

The hotel was very nice and fairly new. However, charging $150 pet fee is outrageous. This was more than I paid for the room. Most hotels charge $50-$75. Read the fine print folks. I would have cancelled but it was a non refundable reservation. Front desk staff both check in and check out were not the friendliest of people but that is normal In today’s society.

This was a very comfortable overnight stay on a road trip. The breakfast and even the coffee were better than most places we stay overnight. The beds and linens were first class. We will stay again. Thank you Marriottt.

This is always a great stay when we come to Wichita Falls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in town or just passing through for a day. Excellent staff, cleanliness and comfort all in one.

Our room was exceptional. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal - lots of choices! Easy freeway access. Not scenic, but convenient. Food available in the hotel also.

Great room. Very nice and clean. Be aware there is an additional $150 charge for a pet even though the property advertises as pet friendly. It is NOT a deposit, but a full fee.

We stayed here after making a las-/minute hotel switch on a family road trip and it was wonderful! Terrance checked us in and was kind, professional, and really helped us out! It’s important to give credit where credit is due.

Overall, is an excellent choice for families. The amenities, friendly staff, and overall atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely return as a military family passing through or extended stay.

Had a broken toilet seat in our room. The front desk was nice and moved us to another room. The EV charger was convenient and worked well. However the charger is not free.

The accessible bed was too low and for non handicapped person . The front desk said it was the only suite available. I came in late.

The breakfast attendant is superb and friendly, with a great attitude of service. Breakfast is one major reason why we stay there.
