Property was beautiful.. Staff was really nice.. But the highlight was the staff and food in the restaurant.. Food was very good and the waiters were very attentive and helpful with suggestions..Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.. Ubers were the way to go for travel and very inexpensive..

Beautiful property. Spacious, clean room & very quiet. Grounds are lush with flowering plants, pool is delightful at the end of a hot day. Healthy breakfast & delicious coffee.

Disgusting room next to noisy road trafficked by buses, motorcycle and cars. Fumes seeped into the room through a screen high in the bathroom. Cockroach in the kitchen is room. Management refused to change the room without cost. It’s incredible that such a room can be marketed.

We stayed at Mesón de las Delicias for a few days and loved the hotel itself. It is a cute little hotel with lots of tropical plants (greenery). The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with your requests. The only bad thing I can note is that they have their own restaurant inside the hotel and you have to share a small parking lot with hotel guests and attendees of the restaurant.

The Hotel is Beautiful and all the staff is super friendly and
Helpful. The breakfast included is awesome and the overall food of the restaurant tastes great.
The only complaint i would have is that Netflix and the other streaming apps don't qork on the TV and that the Pool was closed sometimes because they were putting chemicals on it so i couldn't go in .

This was the best location closest to the city center. The hotel was inviting and very quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet and shower area was a bit cramped but not a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Cuernavaca.

Close to center of downtown, walkable to city center. Location is convenient. One block to the bus station to from Mexico city.
Staff is super nice, though they don't speak English very well, but we can communicate by Google translate without problem.
The breakfast start from 9AM, It's bit too later since I have to go at 8AM.

Such a beautiful hotel with kind employees. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice surprise. It can get busy on the weekends. The restaurant was amazing!

The room was pleasant, and the grounds were lovely, however there was no hairdryer, coffee maker or fridge in the room. There was only 2 tiny bottles of water and a part roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. Breakfast was ho-hum and the restaurant didn’t open until 9. We stopped in for a beer one late afternoon and we’re rushed out as the bar closed up around 5.

Without a doubt the best choice, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing, the property is just a block from catedral or you plaza de armas or museums.. All the staff is extremely nice starting with Yoli at front desk to everyone working in restaurant and room services; they all went above and beyond to provide us with a great stay.

The Hotel is clean and confortable. The restaurante has good food, but they close too early!!!! (21:30!!) The pool is cold, but clean and nice. The parking lot is very small... but the main problem: THEY DON'T TAKE American Express!!!!!

I do a fair amount of travel, and I have to say, this hotel was the best value for the money of anywhere I've stayed before. Central location, beautiful courtyard, comfortable beds and linens, well maintained pool and hot tub, friendly staff. Can't speak highly enough of it.
