Staff member at front desk was Great. Overall, very pleased with everything. I would definitely highly recommend.

Nice place, very clean and looks fresh updated

When we arrived to our room. The whole room was a complete mess. It looked like we had walked into a used room as the beds were undone and the place looked lived in. Thankfully we were able to get a new room. However there was a pair of used socks in the room and no hotel soap, so maybe are new room hadn’t really been turned over either. I will say that the people at the front desk were very nice and polite.

The room didn't have shampoo & conditioner. Its a little run down.

There were NO TOWELS the entire stay. Unbelievable a Hotel that does not provide Towels for paying guests.

Room where nice, didn't like 5here was no breakfast

This place had absolutely nothing to offer. There is a full kitchen but you must bring your own cookware, utensils or purchase them. They don’t even have plastic utensils. No extra pillows, towels, nothing. They have laundry room on site but no machine for quarters. Worst experience. Beware

Great short stay. Clean and quiet. No complaints.

I had arrived after checking due to a couple of accidents on the highway there was a lack of communication between the morning crew and the evening crew but the issue was still resolved and I was put in a beautiful room which I was very happy with and I decided to extend of my stay by 2 days thank you to the manager she was awesome and to the crew you guys are great much love from Chicago

Friendly Staff

PROS: This hotel was very clean and looked shiny-new. My room wasn’t carpeted, and had nice sweepable flooring instead. The room was comfortable with a full-size refrigerator, a couple of burners, a microwave, a sink and decent-enough counter space. We stayed only one night but it would have been nice for a longer stay. CONS: No hotel should exist without blackout curtains. The window shades look nice but are impractical and let light into my room all night long. There’s no ice machine. There were two ice trays in the freezer but you have to wait for the water to freeze. The hotel can’t do anything about this, but a herd of elephants was having a drum-playing convention right above me at 5:30 in the morning. My friend said her room was very quiet all night. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Great price, only problem were people outside drinking and hanging out and the people above me where making a lot of noise

The room was very clean and I loved the big fridge. My only gripe, I couldn't use my debit card on the snack machine.

This place is beautiful for the price

If you are looking for a basic stay with no frills this is your place. It is very basic with no extras. For a quick traveling through over night stay it will probably fit your needs.

Reserved a room with two queen size beds sleeps four. Room was set up like an apartment. Cook top had food stuck on it, linoleum floors filthy. The queen size beds were mattresses on wire cot frames. One towel and one wash cloth in bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. Asked for more towels, they wanted us to exchange a dirty towel for a clean towel. Worst experience in my life. Will NEVER stay there again. Having second thoughts about ever using Expedia again, obviously they don't research the facilities they promote.

I had a great stay and will definitely stay again here. I was greeted by employees with smiles and a nice welcome or can I help you from them. Even getting off the elevator this morning the front desk lady that checked me in was waiting to get on the elevator and asked us if we had a good night. They even forgot to update the last name for Wifi access and called us to let us know of the mistake and it was good to go at that moment. This was great service!

I arrived at the hotel after midnight, but had called earlier that day to say I would be arriving quite late. The person on the phone said that wouldn’t be a problem. When I got to my room at 12:30 am there were no sheets, pillows were tossed on the bed. No towels, toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. I called down to the lobby and was told the housekeeping staff had all quit that day. Once I got the items needed for my room I had a terrible nights sleep as the bed was not at all comfortable.

Very dirty floors in room

I didn't like the fact that it was an Extended stay which i didn't know, their were No ice machine, poor pillows, poor towels my room was on the first floor and i was told that they couldn’t charge my room. I would not stay there again for the above reasons

Property was clean, employees were professional and nice. Just needed for a couple hours and the job was done!

We had a great stay, very neat and clean operation and very courteous employees. We will certainly be back.

If you just want a “room” then this is the spot for you. There’s no amenity’s what so ever not even an iron and the rooms have kitchens but no utensils to use for free you will have to purchase them. Pillows may vary so you have to ask for a xtra anything. If I were myself this is a GO but if your traveling with family then I would pass, other than that it was a good choice

The hotel itself and the surrounding area was seemingly nice until coming into the hotel there was several camping chairs in front with guests and staff smoking outside. We asked the desk for an extta pillow and was told they didnt have any and also said they never do a late check out. The best part was the physcial altercation that broke out directly in front of our room that lasted 15 munutes and we called 911 as soon as we heard someone had a gun. We did not have a good fun or safe in Lynchburg as a hole. Every area seems unsafe and full of homeless camps on the trails, river walks and downtown. We wont be back at this hotel or lynchburg

This place was a bare bones experience. Though it was clean and the beds were ok. It didn’t have shampoo, the soap was hard to find, and it had not even a plastic cup or. Small coffee maker. The one plus was that they let us check out early. For that I’m grateful

Accommodations very clean and neat and property was convenient to restaurants and shops. The security was excellent as well. The kitchenette was also very useful with full size fridge and microwave and two burner cooktop.

Good property only problem is u gotta take put your own trash and pay for extra stuff like getting your room cleaned but overall great room and oh they need better pillows and they were flat so bring your own but other than that for the price its perfect
