Service was not very great And the pull out bed had blood on it

Stay was ok

The hotel was absolutely horrible. The rooms were falling apart, electrical outlets coming it of the wall, drug addicts everywhere and hookers roaming about.

Its not the best of Neighborhood

Outlets bedside didnt work, and they have a $100 deposit fee that takes several days to come back after your stay

The employees were very nice and welcoming when checking in. The room itself was a bottom floor parking lot facing room. The room had a very musty odor like mold and cigarettes, there was only one main light near the window, the door had cracks around the sides and we were worried about bugs and other wildlife coming in (some flies or small bugs did), the baseboard behind the door was falling off and showed concerning wall damage of some sort, the chair was very stained, the lamp at the bed didn’t work and only one of the outlets worked. Personally, I didn’t really want to go make a fuss about it, have them switch our rooms or something because I didn’t think they would have anything better, but a nicer second room wouldn’t make up for having a room like what this room was. Just needed a place to sleep after going to Universal Halloween Horror Nights, we didn’t spend very much time in the room. Despite these issues, the staff members were very kind and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness was appreciated, minus the chair. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it was offered, only a muffin and one other thing I can’t remember. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it.

The room was not cleaned properly. The bedsheet and some of the towels had stains. The TV for some reason wouldn't turn off. For the price that you pay is not bad. My room key stopped working but the lady in the front desk was quick and fixed it. To be honest if the cleaning was better they would have gotten a much higher score

Room has a mold smell and the toiletries was empty and the tv was on when i get in the room

The TV ITS not working in the 2 beds

Nice pool, the Deluxe suite is two rooms and was easy to set up our massage table. It could be nicer if they provided a little better breakfast menu. Anyway they need to do better at cleaning the rooms as far as washing the walls every once in a while and not using a dirty mop to mop the floors spreading dirty water mop buckets from one room to the next room and never getting down on your hands and knees to wipe down a floor, rinse in clean water and repeat. Especially when you use light colored grout and it is black ialong the main walking paths. And you can see how gross the floors are after you spill something and clean it up yourself .. The rag when wiped up the floor was nasty.

The room had full size beds instead of queen size beds. That was not the main issue. The mattresses were very very poor, and no one got a good nights sleep. So, instead of sleeping overnight Sunday into Monday, we cut our trip short. The person at the desk could not issue a refund for the 1 night. I would like the refund of the cost of one night back to me Amex card, please.

I didnt hear doors closing from other rooms and it was clean enough. But the curtains arent black out and the parking isnt great. I couldnt log on to the wifi and the colume button on the remote didnt work so i had to get up and adjust the tv a few times. Theres no coffee pot in the room.

Very easy nice check in. Not the cleanest but good enough to sleep.

Tv didn’t work which with kids was horrible. Door had a wide gap, there were nails through the ceiling in the shower

Checked in was fine. Went to the room. That was a funky smell wet when I couldn’t change rooms because I didn’t have any other rooms check for the bathroom and check for the towels and stuff they weren’t any so it went back down and talk to the desk. She was nice person so she gave me the towels before I climbed into the shower. I was checking the bedding. I was a bloodstain or something on the sheet, took a picture of it. Send it to the front desk this morning shower didn’t work too good no hot water to say so Then sitting in bed trying to watch TV you have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to watch the TV no volume or nothing. I complained about that the man supposedly the manager is gonna call me or do something not. I just needed a place to stay for the night, so yeah, not too happy with the service at that place.

Pool was closed bathroon vent not working no coffee in room

I have stayed at Baymont’s before, never again here. No cups in room, no iron, no shampoo just body lotion. Needs renovation, shower knob fell off of tub.

Got there late at night after 11pm... night staff was very rude she was short afro American lady when asking questions she was in a rush and just very rude room was not very clean and television did not work we did not realize that until we got back into the room about 3am and we were exhausted and not switching rooms at 3am after being in our sleep atire already and that was only option asked if they could maybe take something off bill was told no... went to shower in the morning the shower had a bunch of hair in it like it was not cleaned very disgusting.. the mornings front desk lady was very accommodating explained to her i wanted to talk to the general management said they would call me monday today still no call Called back today because a fee was taken out for some unknown reason but she said she fixed it and it will be in my account in a few days she is a big asset to the company i am still awaiting general manager phone call i would like to discuss a few things with her because i am still not happy how some things are thank you adam sch

My stay was terrible the hotel was not very clean and had tons of people hanging out late hours. Doing things like drug where around. So i checked early and another hotel for the remainder of my stay in the area. I lost money and sleep booking this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, there was hot water in the shower, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu / service was lacking. I know it was listed as "continental breakfast", but even with this disclaimer, it was disappointing.
