Lovely hotel. Very clean and tidy. We were caught in a typhoon and had to change our itinerary quickly. The staff were very accommodating and kind. Very centrally located, and it is very quiet in your room.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk to Sendai Station. There is a 7-11 and Starbucks coffee on the first floor. Room size is good for two persons. Bathroom is also good. They do provide you with a bath tub plus space for standing shower. However, the breakfast sucks. Not many choices, and they don’t taste good at all. We travel to Japan often, and this hotel offer the worst breakfast in all the hotels we stayed before.

very new hotel near Sendai station; it is one of three or four Daiwa-Roynet hotel near the Sendai station, and I think it is the newest one. After you get off the shinkansen, you can access the hotel through the underground path to the metro. Just look for the gate W1(West1), and the hotel is just next to it. It is quite handy when it rains -- you don't need an umbrella. The breakfast is served on the top floor, and it is good. Would visit this hotel again when I happen to come to Sendai.

This is one of the top properties in Senda. Easy 5 minute walk to train station. Starbucks and 7-11 attached to hotel 1st floor. Laundromat available. Close to great shopping at Clis Mall. Lots of great food within easy walking distance. Daiso across the street.

A perfect place for a quick overnight stay. The laundry machine is inside the room which makes things easier for me. The area is quite busy, lots restaurants, department stores, etc.

The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently close to Sendai station. However we had asked for a non smoking room and none were available. As a result we had to upgrade at 10000 yen a night to get an excellent non smoking room.

There’s a small gap of 5-110m between the underground station to the hotel, so might get a little wet. The hotel room is nice and spacious. Staff is polite, would be great if their English is a little better. Surrounding environment is good

Checking in is easy as the receptionists are able to communicate in easy English and checking out is DIY using a automated teller . Lobby is located on the fourth level with a 711 store on ground level for all your snacks and drinks. Walking distance to main train station ans surrounded by many shopping malls too. Sendai is awesome!

Room was surprisingly spacious! The top floor restaurant had free breakfast and was SO DELICIOUS, best part of my short stay here. Bathroom was quiet large with separated door/wall for shower and bath area. Bath was so large and spacious, great stay. Perfect location near Sendai station.

I took the train to Sendai station, find my way to the subway west exit one. There’s escalator and lift to street level so not to worry even if u hv big luggage. Once u get out of the exit, Starbucks is to your left and the entrance to hotel is right next to it. Hotel room looks new and clean, comfortable. Just that they only hv 3 coin washer/dryer in the hotel and need to queue to do the laundry during peak hours.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, nice big room at a great price. The staff were super efficient and absolutely looked and acted professionally at all time but still very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely booked this hotel again when visiting Sendai.
