Our Jayco trailer (2022 Jayco Jay Feather SLX 224BHW) comes ready for you to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Space sleeps 8 with a queen size bed and two full size bunk beds. The dining seating and table can also be converted into additional sleeping capacity. Whether you are an experienced RV’er or if this is your first time we want your next adventure to be full of great memories and will be happy to walk you through how things work and answer any questions you have. This trailer comes with: - TV and stereo for indoor/outdoor entertainment. - Kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, oven, 3 burner stove top and a kitchen sink. - Water hose with water filtration - Gray & Black water dumping hose - Sidewinder hose support - Heavy duty Camco leveling blocks - Jack wrench & support boards - 30 amp converter - On board levels - Toilet & wash area - Outdoor shower We also include the following items to make your trip stress free. 1: Standard linens package (included): Queen bedding set with 4 pillows, (bring your own for the double beds), Bath towels, hand towels, extra throw pillows 2: Kitchen package (included): Cooking utensils, pots, and pans, forks, spoons, knives, adult and kids plastic plates, adult and kids plastic cups, Keurig coffee maker, spices (salt, pepper, cinnamon, garlic, lemon pepper, steak seasoning), cutting board, oven mitts, colander, scissors, measure cups, and toothpicks 3: Outdoor package (included): we have two folding lawn chairs, large area mat, hotdog/marshmallow campfire skewers, outside speakers that play off of the inside radio. The radio does have a Bluetooth feature for your own music. The following packages and services can be added for an additional fee to help make your trip even more enjoyable. 1: Full linen package(optional): In addition to the linen for two, this package provides linen for all of the beds including the double bunks and dinette plus extra towels. This is a great option if you are bringing more of the family. 2: Deluxe Outdoor package (optional): includes an additional four folding lawn chairs (6 total) two folding tables, and outside gas grill. If you need more seating and tables then this package is for you. This is a great option if you are bringing the whole family or going to a site that is lacking the typical camping amenities. 3: Water tank service (optional): If messing with the disposal of the grey and black water tanks is just not something you want to deal with then we can take care of that for you with our "Water tank" service. 4: Water and gas tank service (optional): We will take care of the grey/black water tanks, filling the LP tanks, filling generator gas tank, and emptying the fresh water. You just enjoy your trip and we'll take care of the rest. 5: Delivery package (optional): We also offer a hassle-free delivery service which includes the following: -deliver the trailer to the site -setting up the trailer for you including preparing the grey/black water You'll likely also need the gas and water service which includes: -tearing it down at the end of your trip -cleaning the grey/black water -emptying fresh water tank -returning the trailer -refilling the propane -refilling the generator gas Does not include the cost of gas. 6: Generator service(optional): If you think you might be boondocking it or otherwise without an electrical hookup where you are going then a generator is a must have. This service provides you with a generator and a full tank of gas to keep you going.
