This property is in an excellent location, is very clean, and a well stocked kitchen. We will stay there again.

Perfect place to base out of while going to Boots in the Park for 2 nights! This would be a great location for parents visiting kids at ASU! Comfortable and well appointed! Enjoyed it!

Nice place. Kitchen was stocked nicely with all condiments and spices and just the right cookware. Beds were super comfortable. Could have used a bed in the third bedroom.

Accommodated my family well. It was clean and looked very much like the pictures online with exception to the table on the lanai. The community in which the townhouse was nestled was also clean and well kept. I definitely felt safe being there. There is only one change that I would make and that would be to have a table & chairs inside for family meal time & game night. Most of my trip was either too cold or too hot to sit outdoors. An indoor table would have been nice. Check In was extremely easy. All in all decent accommodations for a decent price.

Make sure to correspond with the property owner before you arrive. We arrived late in the evening and expected there to be information on the listing of how to get in. When I looked, it said, a code will be emailed to me. Well, a code was never emailed, the property manager didn’t answer texts or phone calls and vrbo didn’t have the info and couldn’t get a hold of the property manager either. We had to find and go stay at hotel a few miles away for the first evening, which was quite a pain, late at night with two kids. We got the code in the morning and expected more than just “I’m sorry that happened” as they explained the code was supposed to be automatically emailed but wasn’t. I am happy to say that between vrbo’s guarantee policy and the owner, the complete cost of hotel was paid for, and I do really appreciate that. The unit itself was fine when we got in. It has three bedrooms, two furnished with beds. Since it says it sleeps 6, I thought there would be a pullout for the kids, but there was only a flat couch that didn’t pull out. So we put one kid there and one on the couch. But there was only one extra blanket so my son was freezing on the flat couch in the bedroom, even with the two small throws they had (kind of like rugs/ not warm and cozy) and the hoodies we bought piled in him. The next night, he squeezed in with grandma in her bed so he could be warm. I’d suggest they have a broom available and have extra toilet paper. We had only 2 rolls for 3 nights.

This is our third trip for spring training. Our property was perfectly located one mile from Sloan Park. Kristina was very helpful with all questions and quickly resolved a leaking toilet.

Property was ok, furniture was not real comfortable and TV a little small.

It was a great place to stay for watching ASU hockey. Conveniently located with lots to do around the area.

The property was clean, quiet and had everything needed, we had a great week.

This property was fantastic! I loved that it was centrally located to everything. I was graduating from ASU, and it was only a 6-minute ride from the property. The property manager was pleasant to speak to and was very accommodating. I will be booking again in the future.

This property is perfection! It felt cozy from the moment we walked in. It is fully stocked with everything you need to make a full meal. And the location was great for our ASU family weekend. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. This home is very clean and comfy.All necessities were provided. The location is convenient to so many places. I can’t say enough great things about Kristina, she is an excellent host!
