There's no microwave in room.

the property was a good value for the location. easy to get to and the staff were pleasant. the shower pressure and temp was great.

the furniture in the room was a little worn and they definitely need a chair in the room. sitting on the bed or one desk chair got tiring.

that their cafe wasnt open, but no big deal! you are right into the campus, so lots of foodies to pick from!!

Well located hotel in Tempe. Walkable distance to ASU.

Hotel has changed ownership from Choice hotels to Wyndham. There is a problem recognising reservations made during previous ownership and check-in was poor unfortunately. You may be accused of not having a booking even prepaid ones like ours.

I loved how big the bed was! The shower was also really nice.

You can tell it’s an older building that’s been renovated to have a modern, chic vibe. Had a certain older stench to it. Also, the walls are pretty thin. I heard someone yelling and running down the hallway at 5am about not setting an alarm - haha.

Was very excited to spend the night in Tempe after a concert, and the hotel smelled like feet. It did not look clean and it was just horrible had to go buy a febreze. The lobby and hall smelled very bad.

The location and we were close to some stores and restaurants.

The location was great! Loved the close Subway, Four Peaks Brewing and Hungry Howie's Pizza. They all had excellent food. The big walk-in shower was a dream! The staff was beyond wonderful and really helpful! Elevator was nice and quick. Dart board in beer garden area was so much fun! Liked the side bench to sit on and watch the pidgeons. Number 62 public bus to Marketplace was terrific! Catch it on Dorsey just half-a-block away.

Would have been nice to have a free breakfast like many other hotels, and an on-sight eating place. Really liked the side yard game and social area idea, but could have been a little better kept up. Corn hole game was very beat up, and there were no bean bags to play it with. Would have been nice to have a microwave in room.

The room was very comfortable.

The counter space in the bathroom was too small. You need better lighting. Maybe some overhead lights.

Alot of restaurants in the area

Room smelled really bad as soon we got into the room. Roller Shower door doesn’t stay closed . Spoke with front desk staff and said maintenance will come to room but never did.

Staff friendly

Rooms have no over head lighting connected to switch. First room had exposed power strips, blinds that did not work. Carpet needs to be replaced, no closets.

generally smelled weird, on site food/snacks pretty much non existent, ac/heat didn’t work well.

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and in a convenient location with free parking.

We rented a room with a king bed and sofa bed, but we were given a room without a sofa bed. We had to make do for two nights and were absolutely miserable. The employee at the front desk didn’t care and it was very frustrating. Second, there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower whatsoever. It was horrible.
