El apartamento está genial, muy bien situado y muy limpio.

Fue muy muy difícil dar con el piso, está bastante complicado encontrarlo, pese a lo que nos explicó el dueño. El dueño nos avisó por whatsapp que no funcionaba el A/A y eso es algo importante saberlo con antelación para el confort en caso de necesitarlo. Es por este motivo que no le pongo más puntuación. Por que el apartamento dispone de todos los detalles.

Parking was difficult to find

The company did not contact us in advance of our stay to let us know how to access the car park etc. We arrived at the address and couldn’t see any car park nor was there anywhere to park outside and it is on a one way street. At the time we didn’t realise that there isn’t a reception or anything to ask for help. We had to sit in the car on a nearby street while I messaged the property who did not get back to me until about 30 minutes later, via WhatsApp rather than the booking.com messaging. They said they had internet issues. However, since I had only requested parking a few days prior, why not send the details in advance? it was very poor customer service. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived- it seemed like a cursory clean had been done, but there was still some dirt / hairs on the floors and none of the table tops/ kitchen tops had been wiped at all. The inside of the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms was really dirty. The bedrooms smelt musty. I did tell the person who had messaged me on WhatsApp that I was disappointed as it didn’t seem as clean as it should be, this was just after arriving, but I received absolutely no response to this whatsoever. The only further communication I received was when we left, I sent a message to say so and they replied with thank you.

we notified the owner that we would be arriving late and the instructions were confusing and did not know how to open the garage door and tried three times to call owner who stopped the calls. We also found that there was only one cup and no tea towel. I hope the owner will rectify this and maybe put more towels as we were told by text to wash what we had which was inconvenient as we had to wait for the towels to dry. I dont like giving negative feedback but I dont want future guests to be inconvenienced.
