Top ausgestattetes kleines Apartment, das anscheinend vor kurzer Zeit renoviert wurde. Alles also sehr neu und sehr sauber. Super freundliche Vermieterin, die auch auf individuelle Wünsche/Vorstellungen eingeht. Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Da bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung.
Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Vorort (Cusighe) von Belluno. Eher ein reines Wohnviertel ohne Restaurants/Cafes. Der Ort Belluno ist fußläufig eine knappe halbe Std. entfernt, was an sich kein Problem ist. Ob es sich allerdings lohnt, ist die andere Frage. Uns hat Belluno leider überhaubt nicht gefallen. Eine italienische Kleinstadt mit rund 35.000 Einwohnern. Italienisches Flair Fehlanzeige. Für eine Kleinstadt nur sehr wenige Restaurants. Viele Geschäfte/Restaurants/Gaststätten waren anscheinend dauerhaft geschlossen. Nach zwei Versuchen dort Essen zu gehen, die jedes Mal ein Reinfall waren, haben wir uns dann selbst versorgt und in unserem schönen Apartment gekocht. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Lidl/Aldi/Familia) sind in der Nähe.

This is a more than a 5 stars hotel .
The apartment is new, clean, has all you need , even washing machine.
breakfast was full of everything you can imagine, Rosi is so warm and nice and she and Massimo did everything to make your stay comfortable. .
We will come back for sure and recommend our friends too.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about the stay but every photo was real. Every room was clean, kitchen, and modern bathroom. Good breakfast options. The owner speaks English, is very nice, with good service.
I can recommend this place 100%.
Since we were traveling without a car location was not so optimal for us.

New modern appartmenent in a quite area and not too far from downtown. Room is super clean and well equipped, kitchen has everything you need and we love the small but great details that the owner put herself in. There is even a dish washer and Turkish bath that I really enjoyed, it is a well treat after a long walking and hiking day.
Roxy is kind hearted and took care very well of her guests. We feel like we are at a friend home, not a hotel at all.
Bed is super comfortable.
Another thing, Roxy offered good breakfast with various things from savory to sweet.
Ah and Roxy has a sweet beautiful Golden retriever but we only saw her on the last day of our trip. Good and quite dog.

Casa Fullin is without doubt the best guest house in Belluno. Our host Rosi was really nice and welcoming making us feel like at home. Quiet location with free parking on site. Comfortable, modern and well furnished apartments with everything one would need for a shorter or longer stay. Breakfast was great with everything we would expect. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We were the only guests but they still put in the full Programm.

Great place! Everything in the room is new, modern, and freshly renovated. Amiable and welcoming host. Amazing breakfast with freshly cooked pastry. Good wifi, washing machine, kitchen, smart tv. It's a very good place to stay and I would recommend it to everyone.
