Accommodations worked well for large family gathering with the parties coming from various locations. Host was very pleasant and understanding of our needs. House and pool were great. Very thankful we found it as it suited our needs to a tee.

We had a great time, perfect for all ages. Only thing was the blender didn't work and there was no coffee grinder. Besides that, it was a blast. 10/10 recommend.

Great location that allows pets close to our family in the area. The kids had a wonderful time playing pool and swimming in the pool.

Mostly, the place was as advertised. A few little things like the main trash can being full, no soap for the dishwasher or trash bags for the cans. The owner responded quickly to requests and he brought the missing stuff.

We loved the neighborhood: close to main roads to get around the city and the area. Not to mention the bike/walking path at the end of the road.
The host was very prompt in responding with questions.
The property was not as clean as I would’ve liked. No heater in pool, so we could not use.

Great house, perfect location but the bedrooms were grimy. Baseboards neglected, dust under the bed and dust ( most alarmingly) on the ceiling fans. We all kinda sneezed our way through the week. Kitchen was well cleaned but the dishwasher was unanchored and tilted during loading. Bathroom was fine.
The pool was great. We didn’t use it because November is too chilly for a swim, but we enjoyed dipping our toes in from the side. Lots of pool toys scattered around collecting outdoor dust and we would not have been tempted to use them had we used the pool.
Owner responded to texts and phone calls. Mostly a good experience.

Would highly recommend this property, especially during the summer months. The house had a great set-up and the owners have thought of everything you may need! The pool was by far our favorite part with two little ones - it was gated and the big entry step into the pool was a fun area for them to play safely. We stayed over the 4th of July and could see the Peoria Sports Complex fireworks show from the front driveway! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the two TV spaces were great for lounging. The owners were responsive to inquiries and were very friendly via messenger. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family. The rooms were perfect for our kids and the multiple TV’s in different spaces were great! We weren’t able to use the pool but appeared to be a great space for a summer visit. The dog run was great and our pet figured it out qucikly. All in all a great and would book again! Thank you!

We stayed at this property while visiting our parents in Peoria. The location was very convenient for travel and dining options. The house was very nice. Really clean and had everything we needed for a great trip. The neighborhood was new and very nice. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip. Thank you!

We came to Peoria for a baseball tourney at the Padres & Mariners training facility. We are so impressed with all the activities and restaurants surrounding the Peoria Sports complex. This home was perfect for all our needs. We could all spread out and do whatever we wanted between games. The house is very family & group friendly. The pool, media loft, and pool table were a big hit. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and close to everything.

This house is so beautiful! We loved our stay the pool was just what we needed in this arizona heat. Jeremy was a great host he responds in a timely manner to any questions you have for him. You will definitely enjoy staying here my family& I loved it. We definitely will book again sometime soon thank you so much for an amazing stay
