Escolhi as casas porque tinha uma fotografia com a localização dentro do aldeamento, que já conheço há muito tempo, e foi-me atribuida outra casa muito mais longe da praia. Fiz a reserva de 2 casas supostamente próximas mas, ficaram muito longe uma da outra! Quando confrontei a recepção com esta questão não fizeram qualquer esforço em resolver.

The location is truly advantageous, and the entire staff is exceptionally accommodating. The swimming pool and bar are also quite impressive.

It would be more convenient if the family flat/house had a laundry machine, air dryer, and oven. Additionally, the issue with the TV screen should be addressed. While these are the most pressing concerns, there are a few other areas that could be improved to ensure that the value for money is met.

- O sossego do local, as piscinas; - O acesso à praia; - A simpatia e a prontidão com que o pessoal da recepção, na pessoa da Senhora Cláudia, tentou resolver os problemas que a habitação apresentava...; - A dimensão da habitação.

Relativamente ao aldeamento: - Não existe controlo sobre quem entra, uma vez que a cancela é automática 24 horas por dia, sem qualquer requisito de identificação das viaturas ou de indivíduos. - Grande descuido nos espaços comuns das habitações. Nomeadamente, escadas e corredores de acesso às habitações. Muita falta de limpeza. - Foi-me explicado que o Vilas Marrochas não é proprietária de todas as habitações do aldeamento, o que até é compreensível. No entanto, não parece que exerçam qualquer controlo de qualidade, e preocupação, quanto às habitações de proprietários particulares. Por isso, muito cuidado no momento da reserva, sobretudo pela plataforma Booking ou similares! É preferível reservar através do site do aldeamento. Relativamente à habitação reservada deparei com: - interruptores em curto circuito; - um baú com materiais de construção dentro de um dos quartos...! - portas dos armários dos quartos empenadas; - prateleiras da casa-de-banho cheias de ferrugem; - Autoclismos com despejo e carregamento insuficiente; - Excrementos de andorinha, em excesso, no acesso ao apartamento. Pela quantidade, há semanas que não era limpo! - Varanda do apartamento extremamente suja. Fui eu que limpei, pois não se encontrava utilizável, sobretudo pelas crianças...; - Porta do apartamento frágil, a nível de segurança, e cheia de humidade. - Louça da cozinha suja. - Objetos de limpeza e outros utilitários "acumulados" em armário em vez de devidamente organizados. Percepção geral: - Um apartamento de muito boa qualidade e com óptimo potencial, que poderia proporcionar uma excelente estadia. Mas o descuido extremo por parte do proprietário e a falta de consideração pelo utilizador, tornou a estadia um pouco decepcionante, tendo em conta a qualidade que o Vilas Marrocha promete...

The environment and the beach were very nice, the sights were close, the pools were good, the apartment was very spacious, especially the balcony was very good.

If I had seen the outside of the apartment, we would not have booked here, the building is in a catastrophic condition from the outside. The kitchen is not properly equipped, in the absence of an oven, we tried to use the microwave, which stopped working after a few minutes. It was serviced, but it broke down again a few minutes after the mechanic left. The apartment was full of ants and a bit run down. There is no Wi-Fi for the apartment, you have to ask for a router at the reception, if they still have one...

Localização fantástica com praia privativa. Sítio muito tranquilo para descansar, o que acabou por fazer a diferença na avaliação final.

O alojamento podia ter outra apresentação/acabamentos. Mau isolamento e casa de banho datada. Piscina interior não está disponível e é anunciada na descrição do alojamento.

Goed uitgeruste accommodatie ! alles wat we maar nodig konden hebben was aanwezig ! fijn ook dat we halverwege de week nog een complete tas met sets schone handdoeken / keukendoeken en badmat kregen. de ligging is fantastisch mooi, dicht bij de zee en heerlijk rustig ( geen drukke weg in de buurt) genoten !

Wifi required hotspot deposit, weak pillows, restaurant had uncertain hours, dark cramped shower, beach pass did not work

Localização e envolvência de todo o empreendimento com bar, piscinas e acesso à praia.

Durante a semana de estadia não houve troca de toalhas de banho. O alojamento já precisa de algumas obras de remodelação (por exemplo portas interiores que não fecham) e a ausência de ar condicionado.

How close it was to the beach and the facilities at the pool were more than we expected

Two big size bedrooms with comfy beds (2 singles beds in one room and 1 big in the other one).

AC should be installed, lightbulbs missing in one of the rooms.

Amazing location, amazing facilities. You can rent tennis rackets for 5eur each, private access to the beach, the swimming pools are really big and clean.

We were staying in a 2 bedrooms villa and they only gave 1 fan for the first night. After 3 attempts they finally got a 2nd one from the 2nd night onwards. There is no BBQ facilities as they advertise

I enjoyed the location. It has good pools and jts great for family. Glad to have dishes, microwave and all things needed to cook at the house. Also very nice to allow pets. The Restaurant was great, food was delicious! Staff was also very nice to us, always able to help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Beds were uncomfortable, my boyfriend almost didn't fit on the bed. Head and feet touching on the bed and he has 1,73m. The house was also very old and had old furniture too.

It was very clean. The balcony and the view are best parts. Very quiet and tranquille.

The kitchen is old all cupboards creaks very loudly. There's a big island in the middle making it hard to move around and cook. Also note there is no hammock at the property even though its in the picture. Also they do not provide much so please bring everything.

Staying here in Low Season (mid-April) I was exceptionally lucky with the weather (mid-twenties) and the complex was practically empty - wonderful!

A few more utensils in the kitchen - like a sieve and perhaps a couple of oven dishes / trays. I prefer to stay in and cook for myself, which is why I go self-catering, but I get the impression most people eat in the wonderful restaurants nearby, so the kitchen utensils were a bit limited.

liked the community around us. it was busy for Palm Sunday I liked the space and enjoyed cooking and resting in evenings

a little noisy at night ( woman singing on balcony at 1 am!). otherwise no complaints.

The location was ok for what we needed.

On our arrival no one in reception that's ok but not being able to locate the apartment because of a very badly made map late at night was appalling. The lighting in the area was terrible. A foul smell of sewage in the apartment I reported it. Nothing done. I had to continuously pour bleach down the sinks and buy air fresheners to try masking the smell. On the very last day I was woken by crashing of glass @6.30am. The complete extraction system above the cooker was hanging off and dangling from electric wires. The floor and kitchen covered in glass.Very dangerous. Went to reception when it opened and they came to clean up. We were told we would get 2 nights refund but that hasn't happened. 😡. That was the start of October. I have sent a few messages regarding this but no refund came back. I would never recommend or return there.

Lovely quiet location to enjoy Winter Sun . Nice bar and restaurant on resort. Staff friendly.
