Tout était parfait. Lit confortable, déco très jolie, belle salle de bains… Pub animé avec un bon resto et le personnel très gentil.

Juste un bémol : les veilleuses au plafond et sur le radiateur qui illuminaient la chambre… un peu difficile de s’endormir !

Room was clean and comfortable. In a relatively new building attached to a Pub.

A welcoming atmosphere and very characteristic, rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good.

I would prefer a shower cubicle to a bath tub.

This is a charming traditional pub inn with an excellent accommodation block which is very nicely appointed. Stylish, modern, comfortable and somehow fitting in with the 16th century inn across from a welcoming courtyard with tables and chairs. The pub is a classic english pub with friendly locals. Loved seeing the visiting dogs. Only ate in the restaurant one night due to other commitments but the food and service were excellent. I'd love to work my way through the menu.

The continental breakfast was OK but nothing special. Although no pastries was good for my waistline I was still a little disappointed. A minor grumble for an otherwise lovely place.

The very nice relaxing vibes, large rooms and cozy. Good fair breakfast and characteristic english pub. We will come back surely!

The exit from the parking is a little bit tricky.

Location close to Oxford with free parking and bus. Pleasant courtyard. Good food.

What's not to like there .

Lovely rooms off of a beautiful courtyard. When the restaurant was open we had great food. Lovely room which was tastefully decorated.

Shame that shortage of staff meant no food available for the Sunday evening and Monday all day. However we were notified of this prior to our stay and were given 20% discount on that night due to this.

I used this hotel prior to an event at the Kassam stadium, it is very well located in that regard. The location is lovely! The room is comfortable with all the required facilities & the full English in the morning was very nice!

Only a few minor niggles: - I stayed in room #1. The window opens out into the car park and the hinge is set so that I'd be scaring away customers if I used the window without thought...would be good if the window opened the other way (hinge on the other side) - The shower didn't seem to drain very well, so I had to make sure my showers were quick to avoid overspill from the basin.
