I had previously stayed at this property a few years ago and loved the location. I booked it for my family of 4 this time and it worked great for us. Cozy and clean. Close to the playground, beach, and one of the pools. Very responsive host, accommodating, and loved the gifts their team left for us when we arrived!

We loved our stay! We had access to Rosemary beach, which was what we wanted, and only had to walk a short distance to the beach. We loved that we had access to a garage and that the place came with two bikes. Everything was great and just what me and my two friends needed. We would stay again!

The property, the location and the town of Rosemary Beach completely exceeded our expections. This was an ideal location - a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach, Coquina Pool, and the quaint center of town. The lush plants and West Indies inspired architecture made it feel almost island-like. There were beach chairs in the garage, and beach cruiser bikes provided. I can't think of anything else we could have wanted. It was a perfect vacation!

Beautiful Carriage House! Property was just as described. Perfect get away for vacation. Everything we could need was in the rental and it was beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed having beach chairs and umbrella. Property was very clean and enjoyed having the garage. Location was great for beach access and a quick walk to the town of Rosemary. We also appreciated the gift bag that was waiting on the table when we arrived. Hope to visit again.

This was my first time ever going to the beach and I didn’t have any idea what to look for but I hit the absolute jackpot with this place. My friends and I were amazed with the location and the place itself. I’m already planning my next visit :)

We loved the Freedom Carriage House. It was about 4 min walk to beach and included an outdoor shower area which keeps sand out of the place. We used the patio every morning for coffee and in the evening for a glass of wine. Place was very clean and included beach towels and amenities like soaps, shampoo, lotion, paper towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas left from other guests. Would definitely rent again-some construction going on in the area but we were gone during the day so it wasn’t too bad.

Welcome with the sweetest snack tray & extremely clean accommodations! Sandpiper made it all seemless. It was the perfect location in relation to the beach, easiest short walk & just a quiet retreat. Nice and quick walk to food & shops, too! We will be back!

Great Stay in Rosemary
We had a great stay with our family of 4.
The house is extremely convenient to the Rosemary Beach playground which was a great bonus for our two young children. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool.
The house is on the eastern end of Rosemary which makes the beach area at Walkover A much less crowded than the other Walkovers. It appears that most of the Rosemary houses north of 30A use Walkovers closer to the middle of the town.
The house is well appointed with kitchen utensils, pots, plates, Keurig coffee maker, etc.
Highly recommend this unit.

Our stay met all expectations. Carriage house was clean and the location simply cannot be beat. Beach and pool are only steps away! Jordon provided timely communication whenever we had a question and check-in was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time in RB for the weekend to celebrate our 11th Anniversary. The house was in a great location to walk to the beach, pool, or restaurants. Looking forward to another chance to stay here again.

Spring getaway
Once again, we all had a great time. We can't emphasize how perfect this location is. It's right near a playground our daughter loves and the pool is just a minute away. Hard to find a shorter walk to the beach as well! The carriage house is the perfect size for a small family, is clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked. We will be back!

A perfect getaway for a young family!
We loved “Freedom at the Beach”! Such a charming little carriage house in a great location. A short walk to the beach, and a short walk to town-other than a drive to the grocery store we didn’t need our car all week. And a pool and playground just a few minutes away too! There were plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We’ve vacationed in this area many times, and this most definitely exceeds all our other experiences. This studio is lovely, has charm and ambiance and is super clean. Jordan is a pleasure and promptly answered any and every question. SO wish we’d been able to stay longer!

The place was small (garage loft) but super charming and very clean with everything we could need. The bath was stocked with bath products and lots of towels. The bed was very comfortable and we used the couch bed which worked well.
Checkout was just as easy as all the instruction were sent prior to our departure.
I hope we get another chance to at the same unit if we return.
