Location, location, location

Great location, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway

Less expensive than some others in this building.

On ground/basement floor so not super private. Had to leave blinds down and still you could see around them a bit.

Very clean, nicely decorated, lovely bathroom, access to laundry, and convenient to nice shops and restaurants at the historic Commons

The best part is the location. Grand Traverse Commons is awesome. The unit is quite cute.

We had to keep putting the toilet's fill hose back on after every flush. We didn't mention this to mgmt until we checked out but they said they would fix it right away. Also, a kleenex box would be nice.

Close to everything. We love staying at the asylum and this was the best one so far.

The location was great. And, despite it being a one bedroom unit it still felt spacious.

Locking the door was a bit tricky (interior and exterior) as it’s hard to tell if the door is shut all of the way from the inside. I slept on the couch bed (my mom had the bedroom) and it’s pretty bright in the morning. Room darkening shades that fully cover windows would be nice. Also somehow being able to block the window above the door would be nice.
