L’accueil de Tania est parfait. Nous avons déjà fait quelques séjours dans cette établissement et nous apprécions particulièrement le confort la propreté l’équipement et l’insonorisation des lieux.
Le parking est gratuit.

Muy buena ubicación cerca tanto de la estación de tren como del centro de la ciudad. Buena limpieza y habitación bien dotada con lo necesario y la anfitriona Tania fue muy amable y servicial. Me gusto mucho el detalle que recibí a mi llegada,las galletes de pruneau,tipicas de la zona. Recomiendo la estancia

Excellent location close to the station and the center, excellent service from the team (Tania) who was on time, flexible on check-in/out time and easy to reach. Facilities very clean and new, kitchen very well equipped. Of course the price was high due to the period of BD festival but the staff attention and a nice welcome gift with regional goodies made up for it.

Perfect location to enjoy the Angoulême Comics Festival. Close to everything. Hosts' attention was perfect. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was really big (but I was told I got an upgrade). The host is very friendly, he was always nearby so it is very easy to reach him. He also gave me some recommendations for places to eat or visit.
The facilities in the kitchen are good, I had everything I needed.
Though I liked the apartment very much, I must say that the cleanliness was not the best. In the bathroom, there were some stains and also some hair in the tub left after previous guests. Also, the blanket placed on the sofa had some stains on it... It is a shame it spoils the otherwise well experience.
The temperature in the apartment should be higher, regarding the outside weather. There was some note for guests saying that the heating is set to 21°C, but it obviously wasn't, since the thermostat showed 18,5 °C in the mornings. But I guess this could be fixed easily.

Location is perfect, very close to the center. Spacy place inside.
Unfortunately, there was strong smell of humidity and drains. Not very clean, bathroom sink was dirty. The parking space was an issue and there were no wine glasses.

Modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable flat, very close to centre of Angouleme. Also near station. Brilliant place to stay for a couple of days.
Finding the front door wasn't easy as number 2 came before number 1 and didn't have a number on it. There was also another number 2. We asked lots of people if they could find it and nobody else could locate it. After 30 minutes of trial and error we found the front door. Maybe a quick note in instructions to say entrance is at the right of number 1.
