The Bay Filey is a very nice area, and convenient for getting into Filey, It was clean. the bedrooms were nice, good to have two bathrooms. Nice pet welcome box.
It is very cramped, the furniture and fireplace in the living area is very large and so getting round the furniture and kitchen meant continually saying 'excuse me' to slide past each other. If we had been there as a twosome it wouldn't have mattered but there was four of us, only one person can be in the kitchen area at a time because of the large table.
The cleaner for other apartments kept unexpectedly appearing when we were outside to collect clean bedding from a storage chest situated on our decking/patio, which was surprising at times.

We like the east coast not sure about filey Bay as in to stay....very little to do, not what we expected. We liked the houses ....the pub was OK. The property was lovely
We found feather cushions..not good for allergies.....main bed was too hard...and the pillows very flat need new ones, the items we used in the kitchen had to be washed before use, as not very clean. Rain made the walk way to the door very slippery. The heating was hard to figure out..... sorry not a good experience really.

We loved Filey Bay Beach House , beautiful accommodation fantastic for a family of 4 , very handy with both bedrooms en-suite . We enjoyed the facilities at The Bay indoor pool and gym , there’s a nice pizza place and pub handy shop too . It was great to have Good WiFi & Netflix ad we’ve stayed at other properties at the Bay before and not had it before it’s a big plus . TVs in both bedrooms and large tv in living room , the wood burning stove makes it very cosy . We enjoyed our breakfast on the outdoor deck and a drink in the evening it’s very pretty with the fairy lights and handy with a proper bbq gif warmer weather . We will be back the beach is Fabulous! Thank you
