My stay at Nobu was outstanding! The staff was incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was spotless, modern, and equipped with thoughtful details like a cozy bed and luxurious toiletries.
The hotel amenities were excellent—the pool was tranquil, and the fitness center had everything I needed. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight, especially the delicious breakfast options.
The location was perfect, close to attractions but still peaceful. The staff’s recommendations enhanced my trip even more. I highly recommend Nobu for its comfort, quality service, and attention to detail!

I would not stay there again. It’s 5 star hotel yet had no reception after hours and no slippers in the room and when I asked for some they said there were no more. Wouldn’t stay again. No in room dining after hours. Also took an hour to get extra towels. Overall 3/5.

My greatest disappointment was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom, and the poor customer service and food in the restaurant. Nobu has such an excellent reputation... but honestly of all the high end restaurants this ranks second to last with Brinkleys Chop House being last. lemon juice on Starbucks quality food doesn't make it a 5 star experience. I did enjoy the view, and the Bed was quite comfortable. the Concierge who welcomed us was wonderful, and the hotel staff in general were lovely. The restaurant is so over hyped. RIP

The staff, service was great. But one thing is that in the morning, you can hear people gardening, so you would hear very much loud noise in the morning if you pick a day of gardening outside, especially the building is very low that you can hear the electricity working very loud

My stay here was absolutely the excellent! The customer service was top tier. The hotel was clean, quiet and had great amenities. Can’t wait to go back.

I can't say much more than the fact that my wife and I will be back! As I pulled into Phipps Plaza I thought that I may have had time to walk the mall. But, more time was spent at th spa and the local restaurants. The variety of food choices had me feeling endulgent. We weren't afraid of the cheesecake factory nor Davio's. Enjoy your time here. We will be back.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful! It was close to a lot of great shopping areas and was able to use the house car which was very convenient. I will definitely stay here when I come back, the room was so nice and everything was so clean. I will say it does get a little loud on the weekends/night time with the restaurant downstairs, but nothing that impacted my stay!

Ramadan was hospitable and personable!
Only down side was the noise coming from the bathrooms. I was initially in room 218 then switched to room 321! Both rooms (bathrooms) were noisy which kept me from getting a good nights rest!
I felt like there was someone in the bathrooms with all of the clicking and clacking that occurred.
Pool area was nice as well. It would have been nice to have service at the pool lounge chairs instead of having to walk back and forth to the bar!
When dressed in swimwear you don’t want to be on “display” as there were men clearly taking vidoes!
Overall the hotel location and aesthetics were superb!

An employee (a man) barged into my room as I was naked! I asked him several times to come back later and even had my “do not disturb” sign on and they still entered! They argued with me about whether or not I had a late checkout and would not leave my room until I screamed at them to leave. The staff did nothing about it and I’ve sent several emails with no response. The employee was still on the property. I would never have expected this type of behavior at such a prestigious hotel as Nobu. This should have been cause for immediate termination and I should have been compensated in some way for my troubles. I was staying in the Yuhu suite and spent almost $10,000 for the 6 days of my stay and felt completely undervalued as a guest.

Can’t beat the location but it can be awkward to got to after 10pm because multiple entrances to the mall are closed so you only have a couple options to try and get to the hotel. The rooms are clean but there is always issue with something like loose toilet seats, sinks that don’t drain properly sometimes, toilets not flushing thoroughly, etc. nothing major, just slightly inconvenient. The valet app doesn’t always work correctly and end when they do the valet doesn’t always pay attention to the signal to retrieve the car. We will always choose this hotel over any other in the area for the price and location and amenities.

This hotel was not quiet or relaxing at all. We heard every noise from outside of the hotel to the rooms next door. Very disappointed. We haven’t had a good night sleep since we checked in. The best part of the hotel is how clean and beautiful design it looks. I would not recommend if you’re trying to relax.

Cold, soulless, most equipment didn’t work eg tv system and AC could never regulate temp in my suite. One room always too hot and other cold. No water though 100 degrees outside. No turndown service. Staff at roof top pool were indifferent and seemed irritated when ordering. All round a soiled valid experience not with $1,100 a night for a suite.

Literally every employee we came into contact with seemed like they wished they were somewhere else. Unfriendly bordering on rude. The hotel itself has little charm. Neither does the service. Our next stop from this hotel was the Pierre in NYC. The contrast was stark. The warmth we were greeted with, the service and general atmosphere was everything Nobu isnt. If you want to stay at a hotel, that thinks it’s doing you a favor to let you stay there, Nobu Atlanta is for you !!

I love the staff there , so welcoming and nice ! Top Tier all around the board ! Our flight was canceled 3 times due to the global outage . Staff was understanding and there for us with what ever we needed ! Love it there !

Nobu was pretty good. Because it was ranked five stars, I would have thought a few items would have been better. For example, the drinks by the pool were made by an inexperienced bartender and were very, very expensive relative to the amount of alcohol inside of them. Additionally, the expensive hors d'oeuvres we had sent up from the restaurant. We're so uninspiring that we decided not to go to the restaurant that night. It was clean and romantic, and we enjoyed the hot towel and tea service upon entry, but relative to some nearby four-star hotels, it's just about equivalent if not a little bit short of that standard.

THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS HOTEL ARE TERRIBLE THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE ME SMELLED LIKE WEED THEY DID CHANGED ME BUT THE ATTITUDE OF FRONT DESK TERRIBLE !!! I left my ear pods and hopefully they will find them, THE NOBU RESTAURANT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL LIKE ALL OTHER NOBUS …sorry to tell you ! You need to change staff, consierge and front desk people ! So sad ! So beautiful hotel!
