Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it was next to the Theatre where I would be attending the Miss Ohio pageant to watch my granddaughter compete. The front desk clerk was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

most of the hotel is under construction or closed. treadmill in gym didn’t work

everything is broke. elevator, card swipes to the room. everything is worse than you could ever imagine

only reason this location was booked was because it was near funeral home and church

No elevator, but we were aware when, or shortly after, we booked hotel, probably because hotel under renovations. front desk staff sloppily dressed. eating food while looking up rooms and booking info on computer. sitting on chair with leg tucked under her. Unprofessional demeaner. List of prices for room on bill was a bunch of confusing figures. Have been communicating with manager to explain how rooms prices were calculated.

The bar and Cafe where not opened in spite of the website saying others wise. Also the ellivator was broken.

Tabby doing her very best alone after only been being here a week. We were patient and did our best to make her feel at ease.

Brittainy starts out rude but attitude did change a bit.she helped us very much to swap peoples rooms. no elevator but knew that and booked anyway due to close location to church and funeral home. Staff should have dress code. sloppy casual clothing, including manager. Do not eat fast food at front desk.

Affordable, you get what you pay for. Room was clean and comfortable.

Elevator was out of order. I was not aware of this when booking. Televison did not work.
