There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and the beds were too stiff.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. We got a suite to accommodate our larger family, two kids on the other bed and two on the pull out sofa. Only the pull out sofa only pulled out halfway and then wouldn’t go any farther due to getting stuck on the AC unit. So we had to pull the mattress off and two of the kids slept on that on the floor. Luckily they were smaller but not ideal. So be aware if you plan to use the sleeper sofa, you might not be able to get it out! But very nice, clean hotel otherwise.

The place was very clean and the room was nice. I was not about that they double charged me for the room and then charged me 2 times for a deposit.

If you are looking for a hotel to get a restful and quiet nights sleep, skip this one. The walls and floors are lime paper. I could hear the guy snoring next to us and apparently they are very animal friendly because around 1:19am the drunk circus checked in and stomped and rolled and dropped everything they could find ALL NIGHT. I don't remember sleeping the entire night. There was a young girl aroundn12 or 13 behind the counter when I cheked in and staff was friendly but chaotic due to an audit and short staffing.

Hotel is fairly new. The shower had a few rust stains already. Bed was comfortable. Room in general was clean. Good breakfast.

Decent location, easy check-in and check-out, plenty of parking, and plenty of dining options nearby if you need them.
On the other hand, the main selling points were an issue. The pool was closed the entire we were there (which was one of the reasons that we chose this hotel) and the breakfast was limited by out-of-stocks (the other reason we chose this hotel). At least the coffee was good.
Disappointed, overall.
