Appartamento molto ben arredato, organizzato e con ottimi spazi. Stanze comode e ben organizzate!

Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, anche dopo che i proprietari (gentilissimi) ci hanno offerto una seconda pulizia di ripasso. L'odore di fumo permeava le pareti e non c'è stato verso di farlo andare via. La cucina peccava di alcuni elementi essenziali (scottex, zucchero ecc), e non tutte le pentole funzionavano sul piano a induzione.

Everything was very clean, well organized and the apartment was very spacious..

Internet was very slow and could be improved

Great location, very good restaurants, nice town to visit and walk around. Easy drive to Lake Garda. Big apartment close walk to town center. Great secure parking easy to find with gps.

Freezer door was broken, a few other maintenance issues but they acted quickly to fix things.

- great views of mountains - free parking - short walk to town, shops, restaurants - toiletries (in plastic) provided and lots of toilet roll - no contact check in, key safe - Aircon - bright apartment with wood features and beams - staff contactable via WhatsApp -wifi (albeit slow) - great base for via Ferrata, hiking, mountain biking

- The assortment was not cleaned! See explanation below - Uncomfortable beds, squeaked on every turn - no storage in double room aside some hooks, no suitcase stand or wardrobe - one sofa for an apartment that sleeps 7 people (single bed with double, double bed, sofa bed) and less than 7 dining chairs - No salt/pepper/oil, however this understandable with COVID, but also inconvenient. - Toilet seat was loose, this was fixed when they came in to clean. Toilet later kept getting stuck running. - not enough pillows - one Aircon remote so woke each other up to adjust in our own rooms We walked in at 0230 after a late flight and long drive to see used bed linen, rubbish in the bins, and no spare bedding to see us through the night on someone else's dirty bed sheets. This sorted the following morning whilst we were out. When we discussed compensation, it was agreed that we'd receive a certain amount, we got less than this as well as the staff advising us that we were late checking in (we informed them of this when we booked the apartment in advance) and thus they couldn't sort out their error. Once the staff started work at 0900 the morning we arrived, they tried to fix the issue quickly and apologised. Photos were taken when we arrived at 0230am, as we found it, uncleaned.

We liked everything. A superb apartment, beautifully spacious and well equipped, with balconies in every main room. Lovely location and views. Great value for money. Prompt and friendly communication with host.

It was all excellent!
