The place was very clean and cozy. Neighbours were friendly, very helpful and good people. To downtown not far. 20 minutes to supermarket by foot. We liked staying here.

The accommodation is location in reasonable walking distance from public transportation. If you need to move around often or quickly, it's best to have a car or be prepared to take a taxi. The housemasters were extremely warm and friendly.

We used this place several times. Very clean and quiet.
Necessity to rest after work is always met. Highly recommended.

The noise from the other guests. Your stay very much depends on who is next door and what time they make noise until eg 3 am!

staff was unfriendly, the place was a mess, one person was doing drugs in one room, room was not ready on time. costly for a really bad accommodation.

Clean, quiet place and very nice, sweet Caretaker. Always there to ask if anything needs to assist and to provide. Kitchen is neat & complete. Would love to come back in this house😉😊

Both the property owner and the property manager on site went above and beyond to ensure that my stay would be more comfortable what I initially expected.
Despite difficulties with processing of payment for the booking,the property owner was very flexible and offered a range of options to make sure that I would be able to pay for my booking.My checkout time was very uncertain and I was given multiple chances to stay as long as I wanted.If you are coming to Winnipeg and also looking for homestay,this is your place to go.
The location of the property across the Red River in Winnipeg, when seen in terms of proximity to the downtown,could make it occasionally expensive at times to travel by cab from this property to other locations in downtown Winnipeg.I never chose to use the Winnipeg public transit,so I cannot comment if this property is well connected by frequent public transit to downtown Winnipeg.

Couple staying on the same floor arguing and swearing all hours of the night. Bathroom wasn't clean. Towels weren't provided

this is cheap and that is exactly what you get. person runing this place has other houses and you will most likly send to another adress. it is ok if you have a car. this house looked to be ok but I was send to another location that I had stayed year ago and at that time it was terrible. it was litle better now but far far away to be good. there is old smoking odor everywhere.
you will not get key to the room and it is not possible to lock if you leave.
if you are traveling and cant aford anything better than this you should stay home.
