Great hotel outside of Savannah. Wonderful staff, very friendly. It was clean, great rooms, easy to get in and out. The price was right and I will be back every time I go to Savannah. Comfortable, clean and modern.

I had a really nice stay. It was basically a stop-over on a longer trip. The staff was friendly and check in and out was easy. The rooms were nice and clean and quiet.

It was a one-night stay, so there is not much to describe. But, overall, the experience was very positive. The hotel has friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and beds, and, a decent breakfast, and easy check-in and -out.

The service here set the absolute gold standard. Kimberly provided over the top service that is highly unusual in my experience. She was so hospitable and was able to say yes to a special request. She setup our ride to the airport the next morning and our stay was perfect. Rooms were good and as expected. Breakfast was comparable to similar hotels. Thank you for making my wife and I feel like we were important and making just another hotel stay stand out.

Just a stop over night while traveling. Room was clean and comfortable.. had a pretty good breakfast. Some things not too warm (but had a microwave to warm) Staff was very friendly

Room was not properly cleaned. Bed sheets were not clean, trash cans were dirty and without the bags. Horrible breakfast.

First night was better than our return visit. Breakfast not so great- mold in the cheddar cheese, waffle mix tasted funny on our return visit. View was of parking lot.

Hotel is new and in great condition. Bed was soft, gym was small but functional. Did provide a full breakfast but would recommend skipping, the overall taste of plastic/not real food was present amount everything we tried.

Clean, great staff, decent breakfast, great location… room was a little tight; one elevator broken, the other sounded weird. Comfortable platform beds but I did hit my leg on the platform a few times (it hurt). Overall great stay if you find a deal… I booked last minute and may have overpaid.

Herbie Little hotel. Check-in was easy parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Room was very updated and modern. Would highly recommend. This exit is a great exit to stay at. There’s lots of food and shopping readily close. Was only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, very easy drive.

Place was horrible. Worn and rundown looking. Elevator was kind of dirty. I checked in at 10 o’clock at night and there’s only one employee in the whole hotel not only working the front desk but for anything that you might need in your room or anything else. Really ridiculous. Every single one of the washcloths in my room Are stained and gross. I don’t know how this got such good ratings on your website.

We experienced an extremely quick check-in process, even though we arrived late in the evening. We were promptly accommodated and directed to our room, which was clean, and the air conditioning was quiet. Despite the hotel’s proximity to the highway and airport, noise was not an issue, allowing us to wake up feeling rested. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was great too. We left feeling fully recharged and ready to continue our trip.

The hotel itself was modern, cute decor and vibes. Front drsk staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I'll say is that they were sure to tell us about the complimentary breakfast from 7am-10am on Sunday. We came down for breakfast at 845 and there was very little food. No one was attending to the area. Dirty tables, counters, food station. No plates, no napkins. An employee came out at 915 and started to pick up what food was left leaving patrons scrambling for a back up plan. Not cool and not clean.

I really appreciate Glo Best Western. My youngest uncle passed away unexpectedly and most places were of overpriced out completely sold out. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kind. It was very clean. Priced well. I was able to use Afterpay, and on top of everything, when my family checked out the front desk admin was watching church service, just like Me. I'm so grateful for this hotel, and we are locked in from here on out. Thank you, Glo!!!

A plesent stay , the room was clean and quiet. Needs shelves in the shower. Barn door to bathroom was inconvienent . Safe did not work.

Was very happy that Kareem moved us to the same floor as our friends. We didnt ask for it he offered. Rooms very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again

Great hotel, great room, great breakfast. Great brand. This hotel is snuggled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but a short 2 minute drive and you’re back in it. Great spot to build, to give peace and quiet to the guests! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the artsy room, but the lampshades are set way too low. You can hardly place a cup or anything on the nightstand. Other than that, we truly enjoyed it!
