the place is run by a lovely couple, who were very attentive & hospitable!!! The hotel is beautiful & located at the best place to enjoy both the center of the village & also to be reached by a car, and the big bonus is that it has a parking lot ! the breakfast was very tasty & good, and included all the delicious pastries of Greece

As a vegetarian, I always love to eat some vegetables at breakfast but there were a lot of fruits, and a wonderful greek yogurt.

The room was charming, with an amazing view towards the sea and Volos.

Beautiful view, beautiful cozy hotel. Staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

The bed and pillows were not very uncomfortable and the toilet seat was broken.

Amazing hospitality from the 2 guys running the business. They welcomed us with a lovely way and offered sweets and coffee.The breakfast was great and beyond our expectations.The view from the room was amazing too.

The view from our room was stunning, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly and the breakfast is very tasty! There is free parking space for the hotel clients, all spaces are very clean and smell very nice! The staff is very very friendly and helpful! We absolutely recommend it!

The location was OK but be prepared for a nasty drive with a lot of turns. Not the hotel's fault - it's just the village is in the mountain. Also the village center might be close in a straight line but in reality it's 20+ minutes walking uphill on a narrow road with a lot of turns and a lot of cars. The rooms were alright. I would say not the best value for money but everything was fine. We skipped breakfast because we woke up early to catch a ferry.

Location was amazing- spectacular views and walking distance to the town. Staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. They made our stay!

Hosts are proffesional and genuine! Room was wery clean and pleasent to stay. Shared space is proected for guests enjoyment. Morning coffee on the balcony should not be miseed. The view is captivating! Location is excelent for exploring the both sides of the mountain Pellion.

Nothing. As a person attract to horticulture, even more effect can be achieved with more vegetation and flowers around the property.

A lovely archontiko (mansion) recently opened by a young couple. They helpfully sent me the exact Google co-ordinates for finding it. There is parking which is great as parking can be tricky in the village. It's a beautiful village and Cardamo Restaurant by the main square served such tasty food. Breakfast is eaten on the terrace with magnificent view over Volos; fresh fruit would be nice.

A wonderful place in a wonderful position. All perfect. An oasis of peace and a great breakfast.

We spent 8 nights in Archontiko Skopeliti and we will definitely come back again :) The hotel is in the best location in Makrinitsa (Makrinica is amazing), very close to the center of the village and has its own parking lot. The hotel has the most beautiful view of the bay, it has a terrace with the most beautiful view of the bay! Our room had a sea view, the rooms are new and clean. Wi fi is excellent. Maria and Philipo are young but excellent hosts, who work hard. They recommended and reserved for us the best restaurants in the area. They recommended the best beaches on the coast. During check out, they prepared cold water for us to take back and a gift, as a sign of attention. We had an amazing stay and we would love to go back there in the winter :)
