Amazing views over the valley. Well appointed house, with everything that you need. Wood was well stocked for the log fire. Large living area and kitchen with plenty of space for a group of 8. Upstairs bedrooms are warm and comfortable, Plenty of heaters throughout the house and although it was freezing when we arrived, it didn't take long to heat up and stayed warm for the weekend. Plenty of blankets and thick, warm doonas to keep you warm at night.

A few things in the kitchen were a bit worn and need replaced. Downstairs bedroom was comfortable but is in a hallway that is the access from the front door and garage so was a bit chilly. Door doesn't close because of the bed and the seperate bathroom was cold and sparse. It needs some shelving for personal items (had to use the floor) and needs a heater either on the wall or ceiling.

It is un acceptable that the house owner took the control of the aircon temperature, fan speed and running time. 2 hours is very short. every individual’s body temperature resistance is different. it depends the nature of their body and the place where they’re coming from. it is impossible for the gusts to wake up every 2 hours, especially during the night to tune on the aircon…. master bedroom fan is making noice while running. front yard and backyards not maintained and not looking good.

Comfy beds. Lovely home. Large bedrooms. Very nice bathrooms. Large kitchen. Numerous places to sit and relax and so close to the fabulous scenic walks and vistas of the magnificent Blue Mountains, log fire, great sound system. Everything you could possibly need with a well stocked library too.

Very dirty oven. But I didn't need to use it.

Location and excellent amenities with four bathrooms to go with the four bedrooms

There wasn't any negatives worth commenting on.

The property location was great for a family of 7. The facilities were great with amazing views from the property. Excellent stay and will visit again.
