The location was very nice and the place was clean.
The wiring of the house seemed very poor which isn't the owners fault per say but they should get it looked at. The lights would flicker a bit and then go out causing us to have to reset the breaker. Apart from that the beds were very uncomfortable and left my back aching because of the stiffness.

Not enough seating or tableware for 6 for any length of time. Kitchen pots/pans supplies quite poor. Futon old and torn. Kitchen table old and chairs rickety.

The location was right in town which was great for our needs.

The property it self is great! I would say the only downside was the upstairs people. You could hear them walking, flushing the toilet, and they would unfortunately get home late so it would be hard to sleep with the noise.

Great location for our event. Easy to find. efficient condo layout - and no stairs. Very clean.
Front door mechanism was a little difficult at times to open the door. Would suggest small dressers in the bedrooms for convenient storage of clothes, etc.

Everything was clean and easy to access. Owner was easy to reach and willing and patient to help with anything.
The ice in the parking area (not always something that anyone can do). Beds for six guests but only 4 chairs at the dinning room table.

The location is close and convenient to everything in Logan.
The front door was ridiculously hard to open and needs to be fixed. The furnishings look like they were donated from a frat house. Two of the three mattresses were probably purchased used and were well worn. The bedding, (comforter and sheets), were stained. The dishes in the kitchen were mismatched second hand store dishes. Lights didn't work, fixtures were as cheep as you could possibly buy. These fools even watered down the soaps in the bathrooms!

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Felt at home. Shane was great at giving me all the information I needed for access to the rental. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of check-out procedures. Very easy to work with and the rental was well equipped.
The front door was a little struggle to open and close.
