Clean and in a good location. Breakfast wasn’t so good for vegans. Hotel has been refurbished in a rather brash style.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at St. Palace. Our room was a good size and had an incredibly comfortable bed. The balcony off our room was also a lovely bonus for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Located at the North end of the main street running through Vilinus; it has a number of great restaurants near by. The hotel is well decorated in an older heritage building. The only draw back for some people may be the lack of an elevator. Getting to our room was a bit of a maze and up some winding stairs.

Where should i begin to express my dissatisfaction?! I was checked into a room with no elevator access. The young very unfriendly clerk did not bother to let me know of this very unfortunate reality. She did not offer any help with my incredibly heavy luggage. When in the evening I asked her to move me to another room, I was told that she would have helped me with my luggage (why didn't she?!) and there are no rooms available. I am staying for two long (three days) to find another room for me and i should have asked for a room next to an elevator, she said. That was beyond idiotic, why would i ask for a room next to an elevator when i don't know that elevators are a luxury in this supposedly 4 star hotel. Moreover, no hand lotion in the bathroom and a shower drainage was heavily clogged. Also, there are tea cups and a tea cattle, but no tea or coffee. Yet, there was a very elaborate mini bar. For payment, they have offerings, for the hotel service, appropriate for the 4 stars, none. When I was checking out, another, though much friendlier, clerk told me that they actually wanted to move me to another room the day after I checked in, but they didn't know how I looked so did't know how to notify me. Another idiocy, a note in my room would have done nicely. These people need service training badly! Potential guests, avoid this place. It is an insult to other lovely hotels in Vilnius.

Was within easy walking distance to shopping and convenience stores. In old town with plenty of restaurants nearby and a restaurant on site.

Nice Gilded Palace of yesteryears. My favourite style. I especially like high seasons. Breakfast roomnot ideal for people of walking difficulty.

Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable and had a patio in the back that was perfect for relaxation.

Location is great, rooms are super clean and classy. Staff were very helpful and professional. We extended our stay because we like this place so much and definitely will be back again!

Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.

St. Palace hotel was a great hotel for my recent stay. The hotel is located in the old town & very convenient to everything. Everyone was very nice, the check in was easy & our room was beautiful. We had a great view too. As much as I loved the hotel & how gorgeous it is, my next statement might not be agreed by everyone. My only issue was the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, the bathroom is beautiful. But I thought the bathroom really belonged in a magazine & not practical for us mere mortals to use, lol... The glass/plastic panel that is used in the side of the tub to contain the water in the tub did absolutely nothing to keep the water in the tub. It really not long enough to cover the side of the tub. So, the floor & the towel on the floor would be soaking wet even after a quick shower. So, as the vanity in the bathroom. As careful as I was not to spill any water on the sides, it'll still be spilled after I try to wash my face, as the bowl is elevated & its small. As I said earlier, its beautiful, just not practical. But, I would still recommend this place for anyone looking for a great hotel in Vilnius.

Great hotel. Excellent location in the old town. Very accessible to the train station. So getting to and from the airport was excellent. Also good for trips out to Trakai. Buses are nearby. So a perfect loaction. Breakfast was tradtional with plenty of options, but younger kids might be limited for choice.

Decent hotel located perfectly in Vilnius old town just past the Gate of Dawn. Great looking exterior but do not expect four stars past that. Breakfast was a disappointment though as basic items (coffee, bread, butter, juice, cutlery, glasses, etc.) constantly ran out and were not replenished.

We had the suite with roof top terrace and 2 full bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well on the bottom floor but was a bit on warmer side at the upper master bedroom. Location was perfect. Front desk was polite and helpful. We needed to borrow hotel umbrellas with the rain and needed help with scheduling taxi for an early morning drop off to train station. Iron with board was conveniently located next to elevator. Hair dryer worked well. The hotel toiletries smelled great.

It is a four star hotel in the center of Vilnius tourist area. Well maintained.

Lovely place - I got the rooftop room which was lovely as there’s a terrace at the top. Hotel should provide complementary water all day. If tap water is safe, why doesn’t the hotel have St Palace refill water bottles? Lots of restaurants off the cobblestoned paths.

The hotel is in a good location in the old town centre; walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was comfortable and had good facilities; although the shower gel in the bathroom was virtually empty and not refilled when the room was cleaned. Nor did we get the water/tea/milk refilled (however I did ask for more tea & milk and got this quickly). As we were only there two nights I can't say if this was a one off or not. The hotel did have a restaurant but we didn't use it, so can't comment on that. The staff were very pleasant and if I went back to Vilnius I would be happy to stay there again.

Very nice hotel. About a four star property for a boutique hotel. In the heart of old town - much larger than a town. All attractions and restaurants very accesible and walkable. Very European town center. Daily breakfast buffet in lower level kind of neat. Great buffet food for all types.

The room was great and reception staff very helpful. But our room was not cleaned until 1600 - which is ridiculous. The breakfast was very average served in a dingy basement.

Reception staff was extremely helpful. I arrived before check, and they gladly kept my bags at the reception. Desk into my room was ready. They called me when everything was prepared. Just stayed in room 105, which is called the deluxe room Terrace. It was absolutely wonderful having a seated area Right outside the door to the room. This area was equipped with chairs tables and was approximately 10 x 15‘ with beautiful views of rooftops and church staples.
