This university-owned botanical garden is a five-minute stroll from the front door, and is a haven. The apartment itself is a nice calm space, with windows looking out onto the garden below. Whip up tasty breakfasts to enjoy before heading out into the city, and spend your evenings sipping wine and relaxing, watching the sunset over the city from the comfort of your living room.
