The house was lovely big and spacious. It was tranquil and just the right place to relax and unwind

Not easy to get Uber after dark when in this area. Best to have your own transport.

Location, peaceful place, no noise. Self catering with all necessary kitchen appliances. I was out most of the time so didn't enjoy the outdoors but it looked peaceful, well maintained garden. Hot water was available. The host was welcoming. I could definitely visit again but during a warmer season.

Rooms were very cold and they are open plan, no doors so the small heater provided could not keep the place warm. Aircon was not working. No generator so the place was super cold during loadshedding. There were also ants which got into our food.

It is wonderful to be in nature and outside of town for a bit, and yet it isnt too far from entertainment and shops. Spacious interior. Well furnished. Comfortable.

The electricity is an issue. The power was out for 6 hours and they decided not to turn the generator that they have in place on. It was only turned on for an hour between 6 and 7 after we asked. This is why the rating was low for "Facilities" We where not offered a light or even a candle during our 4 day stay for when there was no power. This does not allow for a person to work at the flat because there is no cell reception so even with a hotspot on mobile data it was impossible to work as planned. We understand that loadshedding is not within your control, but having the facility to provide power and deciding not to do so really upset us, as well as costing a lot more than budgeted for on data purchases.

The place is beautiful, loved the luscious garden. The Property Manager, Facilities and property were really great. I had a great stay and lacked for nothing.

It was really difficult to get an Uber rides to and from the place which meant I arrived late for the places I needed to be. Had I known that I may have looked other accomodation as I was not driving.

Very clean, very quiet.

Remote controlled gate did not work. I had to open it manually, which, judging by the rolls of barbed wire and the electric fencing, was a safety issue. Wifi password was not available, I had to ask. Mobile internet is not available. Fast food delivery is not available in the area through any apps.

I liked how big and open the place was

When we checkout ,she made us feel like thief's by counting the utensils and checking if everything was intact ,infront of our eyes She should have checked them not infront of us while we where waiting for our transportation

It was clean and spacious and comfortable.

Getting in and out through the electric gate was an issue. Often gate was not working and we had to phone the owner to open for us. Luckily we are using local sim cards and not roaming. I think due to the loadshedding they should consider getting batteries so that the gate can work during loadshedding times. Also the room would benefit from solar lights to use when power is off. When checking out the owner was hanging around waiting to go in to check that we had not taken anything!! I couldn't believe how we had to stand outside whilst she checked that we had not stolen her plates or towels. Never have I experienced such. There needs to be a better way for her to ensure that her things are not taken. We were made to feel like petty thieves although we were completely innocent.
