The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was good.

The bathroom had a terrible damp smell. We could not use the pool. Stayed for a week, had to ask for toilet rolls did that once and just bought my own. The unit was not serviced, had to ask for it to be cleaned mid week. Towels were not changed. Had to request. I think additional staff needs to be employed to attend to these important details.

It was nice and clean the only thing that was bad for us was the bedding needs attention and there’s only 1 comforter on the bed and a little fleny blanket and it was raining and very cold for us not being used to cape towns weather. The bedding can do with an upgrade

The place is well set up. Everything is clean. I liked the place overall

The location. Close to amenities, shops, motorway etc

The small size of room. The inadequate facilities to cope with loadshedding. This is a self catering apartment. All the appliances are electric. No provision made whatsoever.

It was convenient and very close to the Panorama MediClinic.

The TV didn't work properly and if you are going to advertise the place as self-catering, it should have a small table and chairs as well as a stove and oven. There was also no milk for the coffee and tea.

There was a lot of noise from some of the guests. Also the tv dissapointed me and my partner as the channels and the signal were so poor. Maybe I can suggest you getting dstv or even open view. That would be better.

I liked the service of the manager and the staff member on the ground. They were quick to make sure I was comfortable and met my shifting needs. Gifty was amazing throughout the process and always helpful.
