La ubicación es absolutamente inmejorable, muy céntrico: da gusto saber que “siempre estás al lado de casa”. Cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar y “vivir” unos días en el apartamento. Elegante, cuidado y muy cuco. Sophie es una anfitriona maravillosa, estuvo atenta en todo momento y además, tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con el parking, que muy amablemente solucionó por nosotros. Gracias Sophie
Solo mencionar que la escalera para subir a la cama tiene una pendiente considerable, y es algo incómodo si has de ir al baño durante la noche. Hubiera estado bien tener algún tipo de commodities en el baño (champú, gel…), y sería estupendo también que los ventiladores de la parte de arriba funcionaran (en época de verano hace mucho calor y el climatizador del salón, no “llega” a esa altura)

Super Lage, stilvolles Appartement in einem historischen Gebäude. Der Treppenaufgang erinnert an ein "Lost Place". Das ist im Vergleich zu unpersönlichen Hotels etwas Besonderes mit Charakter. Man befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Praktisch und Gold wert ist der im Preis enthaltene Parkplatz in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage, nur 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Einige kleine, unbedeutende "Nachteile" wurden bereits in vorherigen Rezensionen erwähnt. Wir waren zufrieden.

Квартира требует ремонта.Подъезд обшарпанный,без ремонта.Окна в квартире плохо закрываются.Диван а гостиной очень неудобный ,а в монсарде можно при вставании с кровати удариться о балку ,так низко она расположена.

The location was locate very central in the old town, but also quit.

There is improperly installed structural bracing between entry level and 1st floor. Plus three very serious/dangerous trip hazards on stairway. I don't blame the host...Booking.com...should do a better job of disclosing any dangerous conditions...so you can make a well informed decision.

The location is very nice - in the middle of the historic centre. The apartment is super nice - everything is there.
Parking is difficult - but was solved by letting us have a parking badge for the underground parking. Sophie is very nice. Since I speak French relatively ok, that works fine... but on the phone it's not as easy ;)

Very well located, near to all main attractions in Montpellier centre-ville. Sophie was very easygoing and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. Merci!

The location of the apartment is phenomenal. In addition, we made a mistake in booking and booked for 2 people only, when there were 3 of us, and Sophie let us stay, charging €20 for extra towels and bed linen.
The building where the apartment is located is quite old and the conditions of the structure did not look good. the stairwell was full of construction supports, and during the night there was a constant noise of the wood of the door, floor and ceiling creaking.
The cleaning of the apartment is not the best and the amount of towels provided per person is not enough (only one towel per person).

Wonderful location right in the middle of the old city; lovely renovated apartment with all facilities in a building from the 18th century; the parking option was perfect (10 minutes on foot from the apartment), very good contact with the host

Great location in old building in heart of the old town. Easy to contact owner, who was helpful. Easy to find and get to from public transport.
Very steep stairs to loft bedroom! Also was kept awake till 2am by shouting in the street, original windows are lovely but don't provide noise insulation.

The location is perfect and the place is really chic and comfortable, I will stay there again for the next times in Montpellier for sure! Sofie was super nice with me and my friend and she let us put the luggage before the check in time to help us. Thanks for everything!!! We loved to stay in your place!
