Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the girl who helped us. We like the position because it's in the centre of the city and it's possible to find a lot of restaurant, shops and nightlife. In addition, it's near the station and the bus stop. Room are very comfortable, big and above all clean.

The location of the hotel is ideal, very close to the city center (Place de la Comedie) and also to St Roch Gare and the city transport. About 15min walk from Place d' Europe, where the airport bus terminates. Willing and smiling staff. Quiet area, nearby food alternatives. Good for a one /two night stay.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, although the building is old. The smell of croissants and the breakfast preparation in the morning, was quite intense in the room, since the window was facing the building ventilation tube.

Perfect location! Amazing staff that understood English and was eager to answer any questions. The room was perfectly French and clean which made the stay in Montpellier extremely cozy. Could've stayed even longer than 4 nights.

Very small, staff friendly but not really knowledgeable plus not very good English, breakfast was a bit poor (there was no water offered), lift is very small and cannot contain some items, it was not that clean. Airco was working but not cooling enough. I small window that cannot be open.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Those two receptionists were always smiling and trying to help us feel comfortable! The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of sockets, which is good to have.

the bathroom was small so the floor can be wet, but that was not causing any discomfort.

Great location, walking distance to the centre of Montpellier.

The beds were hard like rocks, the aircon was barely blowing air let alone cold air. During a very hot summer and in the 3rd floor, we couldn’t get any sleep due to the heat in the room. Also the street is noisy so we couldn’t open the window. The staff said it was normal to be hot!

Lovely little hotel, centrally located and walking distance to all the main sights. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom too small

Although small and simple hotel, the room and all the spaces were VERY clean . modernised room, practical and comfortable. Bed linen impeccable, good shower, good air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff.
