Lovely little hotel, great location

This is a self service Apart / Air BB Accomodation. It’s NOT a full service hotel. Staff is limited and none existence, only people who will answer you is by the APP and caffe attendance if not busy, once busy you on your own. As I arrive I was told to go to the BACK door elevator, feels and look like back door. You don’t know where to go…. The name of the “hotel” I booked don’t appears in the front entrance nowhere to be found and only the lounge caffe has a name on the main entrance confusing of you arrived at the right place. Thanks to the manager happened to be there that he was able to assist me. The APP to check in ask for copy of ID and CC and who know who can access…don’t recommend if you are looking for a services hotel. This is for young and nomad people who understand APP functions and don’t mind a none attendance as in a normal hotel.

Fantastic location, you can pretty much walk to anywhere in downtown Oslo. Service was great, we received immediate responses through IM for our needs. Highly recommend.

The property is very nice, the room was pleasant. Unfortunately we arrived at a time where they did not serve their normal breakfast. And for almost €30 each, the standard breakfast choices were not great. The pastry of the day was a muffin most days as they had run out of croissants and other options. I would have given it a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the poor breakfast option and quality.

Tissue box was empty in the bathroom. Except for this, everything was wonderful.

Great place to stay. Our room was a family apartment, which had lots of space. So that was nice. The apt was clean. Great location to everything. Very walkable. This hotel seemed like an air bnb place as there was no front desk and really no staff on site. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed during our stay (for the Easter holiday, I guess). Having on-site restaurant with kids is super important to me. And not knowing until a few days prior to our stay was not great.

A very relaxed and stylish place to stay. Great breakfast and atmosphere in restaurant/bar. Short walk to main area and app works well with useful info that you need.

First time I’m compelled to write a review. Everything was perfect. Just the smell of the products in the bathroom alone was worth every penny!

The room was tiny ony one chair in the seating area.I woould say the room they gave us was for one person not a couple.loved the bar tender casper he was amazing.

Very Scandi modern, clean and comfortable hotel located handily near the main railway station, restaurants and pubs. There’s no front desk / concierge but the app (doubling as the room key / hotel guide) works perfectly.

nice room unfortunately very poor entrance with lack of cleanliness (snow/dirt from shoes), and in the room no light curtains for the inside courtyard windows. and very noisy service door closing.

The hotel room was a little small, but comfortable. This is a “self-service“ type of hotel, but the app worked great, and we really had no problems. The room was comfortable. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the bar or restaurant. Centrally, located, and easy to get to train stations, shopping, and restaurants from.

Excellent customer service and property; Only one comment to change the pillows: They are terrible :)

what I look for on business trips. a great room to work and relax. everything else I can take care of myself and don't need to pay for. the result is a great room for good value. this will be my new hub working in Oslo from now on

Lovely and comfortable property. Cool bar and Savage in house is great. App works like a charm and staff are friendly. Only thing to keep in mind if you plan to use the hotel as a hub the inside rooms have an atrium window so good for light sleepers but not for the light hungry!

Next time I want to go shopping. I really enjoyed the museums, walking around the city, and the restaurants were delicious.

The initial pre-trip experience with Att was not positive: I hadn't received an email with details of the app you need to open the door (I booked via Hotels.com). So there seems to be some kind of comms gap between making a booking and receiving an email with the app. I had to send emails and call the hotel a few times etc. The app itself doesn't work every time you try to open the door - you find yourself standing outside your room wafting the phone at the door handle hopefully/forlornly. You have to have bluetooth on etc. Better to ask for a plastic card. The lighting in the room is very hard to work out - it seems automatic, but there isn't (or didn't seem to be) a master kill switch. The light switches are tiny with lots of different options and settings - very hard to make sense of. Getting up in the middle of the night, the lights come on brightly as you move around - whether you like it or not. A bit frustrating if you really don't want to be bathed in bright light at 3am. Then there's the elevator. The lift doesn't work to get you to the ground floor before 9am. Apparently its related to their being a bar in the lobby (which is a separate business). You have to walk around the corridor to get another elevator, then down stairs etc. and then get to another lift and a flight of stairs. It makes absolutely no sense! The breakfast is super limited - just croissants it appears. I think for my next trip to Oslo I'll stay elsewhere.
