Dirty looking hotel and very uncomfortable beds.

The room wasn't clean,I asked housekeeper to mop the floor in a room ,the floor was sticky and dirty,she doesn't even have a bucket, she uses 1 mop in all rooms,,she sprayed smth on a floor and moped,I watched her than she goes with the same mop ,and mopes other rooms,she just spreading the dirt all over the rooms,and the bed ,as soon as I lay down,I got itchy,I had to take 3 showers, that's unacceptable

Pool was so dirty and slippery and they said the pool guy has been out for a week. I don’t believe that is true! They closed it for one day and that was so aweful for my kids during our All-Star World Series stay. They ran out of towels and buses would block us in when we were on our way to ballpark to play! Called office to complain and the lady said to not speak to her that way! Which way?!! You have been forewarned to not stay!

Everything seems right but it would be nice to have ICE in every level of the hotel

The lady at the reception during check-in was very kind and the process was pretty quick. The location of the hotel is great, it is close enough to stores and restaurants

The breakfast was awful...it was supposed to last until 9am and at 8:38 the lady at the reception came very rudely asking if she could start removing everything. When I complained that not all of my family was present, she dismissed me at first and then very grudgingly handed me some bananas and yogurt. The coffee machine was so dirty I didn't even try to make myself a coffee. The room we were in was dirty, there were hairs in the bathtub and dust bunnies all over the floor.

Swimming pool was dirty. It had oily film on top of the water.

The week before I was there, and all went well...

I can't understand why when I arrived at the desk she asked me, rude, which hotel I had booked... there is a very big cartel in the entrance with an 8... I booked in a Super 8 on booking.com... but when I arrived, asking me where hotel I was founding... I was on the desk! She told me there are two hotels, one from floor 1 to 2 and another one to floor 3 to any... I don't know what she was talking about... flooded corridor in front of my room... all my shoes wet...

Sorry never tried the breakfast

My room was so close to the parking lot people coming and going window to close . Very noisy children playing by my window will wake me up the noise other than that everything was very good..

Staff was good

Dirty! Broken fixtures just a mess never will I stay at this hotel.

Some things were broken, like the towel bar in the bathroom and the tub drain plug.

Everything was to my satisfaction staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again in December. for my next trip to laredo texas.

Intermittent and very slow internet that couldn’t even watch a movie (dont think about having a internet meeting). Reserved a room with a sofa bed but they don’t have sofa beds. Not enough breakfast for everybody. They forgot to clean my room on the morning. Room phone not working so had to get out of my room and use the elevator every time there was an issue. Hotel charged me twice.

The room in the price including breakfast, it was a great pick
