Exceptionally clean with all the comforts of home. Very responsive management.

The only issue we had was the use of portable AC units, which they had no way to vent to the outside of the building. So while it put out cold air, it was throwing the hot air back into the room. I did see this in other locations as well as windows are not designed to attach the vent hose.

The properties location was the ONLY thing in its favour.

Everything. Worn out and uncomfortable bed in second room not usable. Totally useless mobile air conditioning units. Property uncomfortably hot. Broken shower. Only two small towels. Wardrobe door broken runners. Tiny veranda with two seat chair and no other room on terrace. Only view other roofs with work in progress. No fire evacuation directions and no extinguisher.

Very clean and a response staff. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Three things: 1. No place to park to unload luggage when arriving. 2. Nearest car parks are not close to the apartment, especially if you are pulling luggage up the hill. 3. The portable air conditioners were very noisy & required the doors to always be open for the hot air to escape.

Great location close to the shopping and dining areas. We arrived quite late, but didn’t have any issues getting into the apartment.

The AC wasn’t working well, but luckily it was cool enough during the night to sleep with open windows.

The location was excelent, very convenient

It was a little difficult to navigate to as we had a car and it was in a residence parking only location in the city. After we realised and prked, it was easy.

The apartment is well located and instructions were perfect, it was so easy to check in. It was very clean.

The apartment look way big in the pictures. Real space is not as it looks like. Furniture is big for the space that apartment has so moving inside could be difficult for more than 2 people. Property is ok but "Stunning Penthouse" is not an accurate way to describe it.
