Very very accommodating and prompt! Our stay for my family of 10 was amazing and Juliette and Rena were so easy to get ahold of and took care of our needs!

One of the best VRBOs we have ever used in any location. The space is very large, modern, and just a few blocks from a fairly private beach. LOVED the stay. The property managers are also SUPER kind and available for the duration of the stay!

My entire family stayed a week here and had a great time. The place was clean and near to the beach and shopping and restaurants. It was large enough that we were not in each other’s way. We had space to sit and talk and also play games. Speaking of games the house also had all the latest games that the children and grandchildren enjoyed.. we will be back.

Spent Thanksgiving week with our family of 10. This house was perfect for us! Location was super (easy walk to beach and other activities). Room enough to gather in different areas of the house or to have a quiet spot to chill/read/breathe! There were plenty of utensils/dishes/serving/, etc. that were needed. Pool and spa were an added amenity. Also, Rena was very responsive as needed. The beach/pool supplies were great, and plentiful, to have on location instead of packing it all from home.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous home. Even so late in the season we were able to use the pool as it was heated. We especially liked the screened porch and having two separate family rooms.

Really big and nice place. Better suited for families with children 5 and up. We had a couple of toddlers. The pool wasn’t kid friendly (sharp edges and smaller than pictures indicated) and there isn’t privacy with the other house you share a yard with. The AC also didn’t work well. But really great location and kept up well. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful new well appointed new home.

This was the perfect house for our 18-member family! It was perfectly situated for accessing the beach and Coligney plaza on foot or by bicycle. When going to either got old, all headed to the pool. The property also provided plenty of games to be played near the pool. The kitchen is fabulous. My favorite spot was the screened-in porch. Finally, I want to compliment Rena, the property manager. She was very helpful.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, brand new home. It was really large with plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed swimming everyday. The beach is only a short walk down the street and the bike path runs directly in front of the house. Well equipped kitchen, nice screened in porch, cold AC, great property manager (thanks Rena!) and I could go on... but in short, we couldn't have picked a more perfect place for our HHI vacation.

The property manager was amazing! She was very on top of things. The things that were not up to anticipation I have pictures also: Outside: Pool had a lot of sand and leaves did not appear to have been cleaned. Property manager was able to get pool people to come clean. There was a spout on the pool area that continually leaked water and left a very big area of standing water. This water was by the outdoor bathroom and shower so we were not able to use the shower. The water would be warm and mucky, Property manager was able to get someone to come and put a pipe on so the water would go to yard. However anytime you took a shower and hosed off there would again be standing water no drainage on the patio. The spa did not work. Property manager was ablet to fix later in the week. No hanging hooks to hang towels. Per description there was suppose to be hanging hooks outside. The yard really needing yard work done. There was gras and weeds in the yard and on side of house. Inside: The bunk bed bathroom did not work it was clogged. The property manage told us about this upon arrival. The plumber came on Monday and stated it was fixed. But it was not and got clogged again. They came back I believe on Tuesday and fixed it. The freezer handle was not on freezer and was in pantry. Property manager fixed this. The toilet holder in the upstairs right bedroom was torn off the wall no toilet holder. I showed this to the property manager. There is more but ran out

Beautiful home. Brand new - well appointed great location

We had an absolutely amazing trip!! The house was incredible! Clean, roomy, had all the extras to make it fun/easy! The house manager was wonderful to work with! Welcomed us at the house, checked back in multiple times during the week, so friendly and assisted with anything we needed! Location was prime! Beach just across the street was literally a 3 min walk and not busy at all even though it was spring break! Less than a mile walk/bike to Coligny was so nice and easy! We loved the outdoor TV, screened porch, bathrooms in all rooms, heated pool was a perfect temp, etc I can go on and on. Communication prior to arrival was flawless and loved not having to go somewhere to get a key…just use the keypad which was great with 19 people of all ages there. Thank you!!!
