Super beautiful area and great views. Very clean and outside of the touristic areas, so it’s much calmer and relaxed. Great 10 min walk down to beach.

Everything was great, but in regards to the city tax: make sure you bring exact change. Upon paying cash, I wasn’t able to receive my full change back because they somehow didn’t have it at hand..I felt a little ripped off.

Es war der perfekte Ort für uns etwas ausserhalb von Sorrento, dafür eine grüne Oase der Ruhe mit duftenden Zitronenbäumen und einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Vincenzo und seine Frau waren die perfekten Gastgeber, stets hilfsbereit und das Frühstück wurde immer sehr liebevoll zubereitet.

Very charming and quiet place surrounded by a lush garden and orchard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, including the (unusual for Italy) black tea, fresh fruit, tomatoes…

Not super easy to get to and back from Sorrento. Ask for a recommended taxi as the standard ones in town can be arrogant and expensive.

Beautiful property and great for three friends as we each had our own bed. Proximity to the beach with lovely restaurants away from the busy streets of sorrento.

Not didn’t like but you must factor in cost of taxis to and from Sorrento.

Wonderful stay! The location was great, far enough out of Sorrento for some much needed peace and quiet but only a short bus ride into the centre. The local beach was much nicer than the main options in Sorrento itself. Enzo was a fantastic host, with the dinner prepared and served by him on one night being an absolute highlight of our trip!

Close to my favorite beach and restaurants all rooms have AC, which is crucial in August close to Sorrento down town or Massa Lubrense

This accomodation made Sorrento one of our favourite places we travelled too. The sea view from our room was amazing! The access to the beach being so close was great and for the middle of summer the beach wasn't that busy which was perfect! Enzo was so lovely and an amazing chef he cooked us a private dinner with produce from the garden and home made wine while we watched the sunset! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is an old, beautiful house on an amazing piece of property that overlooks the sea with a view of Mt. Vesuvius. Enzo is a wonderful hosts and even better chef. There was a small farm with vegetables, herbs, lemon trees, olive trees, etc. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. It's best to have a car there with you unless you want to stay on site or go to the small nearest town. Within walking distance (fairly steep walk, must be in decent shape), is a seaside town with a few cute bars & restaurants. The sea is lovely but pretty rocky - bring water shoes. You can swim and dine with a view of Mt. Vesuvius.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. The sea and little restaurant area is down a very steep, winding hill. Wear good shoes and bring water shoes for beach since it's pretty rocky. You will need to take transportation or the bus into the town of Sorrento.

Definitely too expensive for what it was. Breakfast was very poor with very limited choice. Concurring that the villa isn’t near any restaurant or coffee shops, would have expected more to offer.

Beautiful place. Enzo is kind, helpful and a wonderful chef. This is a small and quiet villa with its own farm. Enzo cooks his own fresh vegetables each night. Perfect off the beaten path getaway.

This interesting & beautiful property offers a very different type of stay. Not only is it in a wonderful position situated a 5 min walk down to the beach but the owner is a chef & cooked for us with produce only from his garden . Also they make their own wine Limoncello and Orangcello . Very unique & special experience for guests.

the property is a rustic traditional Italian countryside retreat. The flowers, trees and view are lovely. Enzo will make dinner for you if you ask, with vegetables from the garden. The walk down to the water is about 10 minutes and there are some restaurants there which are reasonably priced and good. You can hitch a ride on a tiny jitney to come back up the hill for a couple euro. There is a black sand beach and a rock beach. It’s about 20 minutes to Sorrento via bus. We loved it!

Location is great, peaceful with a view to the sea and a walking distance to a small fishing village with restaurants. Host was really welcoming and attentive to anything we raised, including recommendations and information that was really helpful. communication with the place was very good before and during the stay

Rooms are charming but need some maintenance, in the shower, a shower curtain is a must.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Amazing hosts, very friendly family, always having smiles on their faces, always helpful. The owner is an excellent chef and he prepares several corses for dinners which are different every night. You can also order a delicious vine which is made from their own grapes, as well as the olive oil! The Villa is situated on a beautiful large farm, full of lemons, olive and orange trees and grapes. The room we stayed in had an amazing view of the see and close by Islands. Short walk to the beach where you can find a few restaurants as well. We came just for 3 days but we stayed for 7 nights. We ate at the Villa every night while watching amazing sunsets every night.

The sea view room was amazing with breathtaking views and a great size of the room. The bathroom was of a fantastic size too. We lived in room #6
