The thoughtfulness at check in. I was staying with my two young grandchildren and had booked a queen room. I was willing to share the bed with them but was given a room with a queen bed and a single bed which made the night that much more comfortable.

Feel there could have been a bit more cooking equipment in the kitchen area so we could cook a meal. But because we only stayed the one night it wasn't too much of a problem for us. Bathmats and facecloths would also have been helpful.

Brand new facilities, bed was comfortable, gardens were nice outside our sliding door.

Very noisy; it’s on a main road but I’ve stayed on a main road before and been unable to hear traffic noise; they need to retrofit sound-proofing around the front door. We could hear someone walking around above us until midnight, and again at 5am, and could hear their phone chiming. I could hear word-for-word conversations happening outside our front door. If there is wifi we didn’t know how to access it; there is no information in the room about this, or how to contact staff if needed, or how to get stuff for the kitchen. The TV didn’t work; Sky is not connected so there were no channels to watch and Netflix also didn’t work for us. There were only two very thin pillows on the bed which made it quite an uncomfortable sleep. Also just one towel per person, no bath mat, no hand towel, no kitchen towel. Having a few extras like this would make a big difference. The brand new facilities are nice, but it isn’t overly clean, eg you can see hand marks on the walls and ceilings, the grout is already stained after only a few months of being open.

Customer service was exceptional. Fresh towels daily.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Could hear constant walking from upstairs. Kids screaming till 9pm. Rooms not soundproof as Could hear the traffic flow. There was no cooking equipment only a saucepan.

Clean property and it was great having Netflix. The receptionist upon arrival escorted us to our room and showed us around.

No proper kitchen utensils such as knives, dishwashing liquid, scrubbing brush, cloths to wipe down the sink. No bathroom mats. it is a great place and has potential, but with abit more adding into the actual place it will be great
