Hotel is good however the Room carpets is not hygenie. There is heavy dust mite odour smell from the carpet. The staff also experienced when they seen the room. Hence the manager provided another room with clean carpet. Thanks to the Hotel staff.

The room have mite insect problem had to change room twice. Though they changed the room the property needs thorough insect clean up due waterproofing issues. Mold in bathroom caused discomfort. Over all not good for families who are travelling and have kids. Might lead to additional stress. Needs a lot of improvement with maintaining the property upto the brand name. Management needs to be rethink its strategy and maintaining travelers from abroad.

Novotel was a complete disaster of a stay. No value for money. I paid upfront for the full stay. They charged me for an extra bed without a cot and expected us to sleep on the floor.

The reception staff were rude and argued with us on wrong terminologies.

The breakfast is amazing. The restaurant staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Me and my wife use to stay in this hotel a lot every time we come to India. But this time was little bit different than all this time. I can see something really messed up in that hotel management. Because it use to be a great hotel in kochi. This time we had a horrible experience. I pay almost 10k for one night stay and our room doesn’t have towels the mirror was so dirty. The bedsheets was use one. I could smell someone sweat. I call 3 time to get some towels but they don’t answer the call. Try to book the spa for couple massage but they say they are shot staff. The pool was so dirty with hair bunch of sands etc. I don’t think the money I pay is worth for this hotel. If it’s going like that i can guarantee this hotel will be going to a big loss. Hope the management will notice and take care more. Hope the best for people who going to stay.

Staff in Restaurant were fantastic

I enjoyed the spa … lalrindiki who was my masseuse was great . I enjoyed my spa time at Tattva .

Non smoking floor but my room stank of cigarettes initially ! The TV ( Tata sky) had no English channels which was disappointing.
