A equipe é muito educada e simpática, o hostel em si é muito bonito e tem áreas comuns que incentivam bastante a interação. O hostel facilita a realização de passeios, apresentando várias opções pagas lá mesmo.

Mesmo com água quente, alguns dos chuveiros tem vazão meio fraca.

O café da manhã era o básico, razoável, a localização era boa, o quarto tinha um bom espaço e era confortável, o problema é que não tinha uma tomada perto da cama!

Além do quarto não ter uma tomada perto da cama para carregar o celular, a tomada que tinha estava quebrada.

Ich würde von einem Gast bedroht und bat das Personal 3 verschiedene Male sich um die Situation zu kümmern. Leider ist nichts wirklich unternommen worden. Sehr schade und auch sehr unprofessional gelöst. Anstatt durchzugreifen und seine Besucher zu schützen, musste ich schließlich meinen Aufenthalt stornieren und eine andere Unterkunft suchen. (Die Stornierung war angesichts der Situation zumindest kostenlos)

Showers and toilets were not clean, breakfast very average

To be clear, most people don't review objectively. When giving an overview of any business, one should acknowledge the price paid. The price I paid was sub-€5 and that includes breakfast, hot water 24-7, comfortable lounge areas, which included table-football, and although the WiFi wasn't 100%, it was definitely good enough most of the time. The rooms were spacious and clean too. Remember that the online booking providers also take commission, so accounting for this - the business makes €4 profit... I mean seriously, how anyone can complain is beyond me. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bread, jam, coffee/tea. Tours were also available through reception.

The matresses were really old and the rooms were a bit small, no lockers in the room, only downstairs

They have everything that a traveler need. From sim card, money change, tours, luggage storage...laundry...breakfast. Especially their hot water for shower is excellent.

Rooms in the basement has no window.

door didn’t lock very well, there were lockers though downstairs. breakfast was just eggs, no bread or coffee or anything which was sad :(

We stayed in a family room and it was perfect. High ceiling room with plenty of space. The bed was comfy and it was quiet at night and in the morning to have a good sleep. The staff were helpful with any questions. The water in the shower was hot (and extremely high pressure). Breakfast was good. And a good social/chill space with darts and table football, it was a sociable place but not rowdy.

The road outside is noisy and the balcony is out on to a main road which could smell of petrol fumes. The bathrooms weren’t always the cleanest or topped up with toilet roll.

Spacious room, comfy bed (stayed in private double room), staff really helpful and friendly. For the price it was really great value.

The place is very good, with common area, different toilets at every floor, a nice breakfast, laundry service and reception 24h, rooms are big and comfy

The only reason why I don't give this place the best score is the WiFi... basically inexistent, in every common area and the room as well, you could think, ok maybe in La Paz there isn't a great connection, but no, just 50 metres from the hotel there are restaurants and bar with a very good connection

Nice staff, can store your luggage for you and it was okay for us to stay in the common areas after check out to wait for taxi to airport much later. Towels included in double room and acceptable breakfast.

Bathroom situation was a bit bothersome: always occupied or out of toilet paper or clogged.
