We have stayed at sands beach before but a different apartment the only down side there was only a hob didnt really matter but would have been nice just to have the option if you wanted to stay in a odd night.Hammonds across the road do nice food and also takeaway, irish bailey is nice food not expensive there is a chinese buffet in the square we have had nice meals there unfortunately this time they was closed for staff hoildays, jack Daniel's is excellent to but gets very busy you have to go early in all there are nice and quite reasonable can't wait to go back.

Brilliant apartment everything you need, having a washer is great,nice and clean

We loved this place for our family holiday and would definitely stay here again, sue was excellent with anything we needed and the owner jean was a email away if needed, thank you for a amazing place to stay for my little family

Very well equipped apartment on a complex of privately owned and hotel owned apartments. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves most of the time as everyone seemed to be at the other pools. Beds super comfy. Great to have a washing machine with two young boys. Unfortunately only one restaurant was open on the complex which meant a walk out into town if we wanted to eat out. Even the bar and coffee house were closed and this was bank holiday week in august. Although a pain not a detriment to the apartment as we were able to make use of the cooking facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic complex and owner and property manager excellent

Where to start, the key code entry was incorrect upon arrival leaving us stranded outside for more than 30 minutes with our child. Upon entry the floor was dirty, the cutlery was stained, covered with grease and old tea stains. The microwave and extractor was layered in old food, grease and grime. The towels had a strong stench of damp. There was cigarette ash in the fridge! The sofa was layered in stains and grime (we didn't use it once). Behind the double bed was in insane amount of dust and grime (it hadn't been touched for years). The cupboards and sides where worn, paint flaking and covered in food/drink stains. There is a hole in the bathroom letting in creatures ending with a cockroach infestation while asleep (Under our bed!). All this forced us to go shopping the next morning for cleaning products to scrub and wash all used areas to keep our daughter and ourselves hygienic throughout our stay. Contact with the host was limited but even though another cleaner had been around nothing had improved nor the bins where emptied at her visit. The emergency contact number given was incorrect as a spanish man had no idea what i was talking about. All in all please avoid this apartment/host. I wish i could upload images to other users thinking of renting this apartment. Please aviod at all costs.
